For the RO water purifier of Model 13931 and S.No CNT[protected], Annual Maintenance Contract was made for Rs. 4894 on 01.05.2022. The contract lasts until 30.04.2023. After 6 months, i.e. in January, we faced some issues in the RO. The filters are gone. There's heavy noise of the motor but the tank hardly gets filled with water. We registered a complaint on 26 January 2023 through Whirlpool India Whatsapp page. The service engineer from the local Pallavaram unit of Chennai visited the place after one week, checked the filters and said they would be replaced under AMC. He also said, "At present we have no stock of filters. They would arrive after one week and we would come and replace them."
Now three weeks are gone and my phone calls to the local Authorized service center go in vain. The manager keeps mentioning there's only one set of filters available. If you want to purchase them I will give it to you. If you want us to do it for AMC, you will have to wait for another 3 months, by which time the AMC will be over.
