I bought a triple-door refrigerator from the whirlpool website on 5 Oct 2022 with a cashback offer which was to be received in 90 days. but not received it till now.

when I tried to contact whirlpool customer care they are not giving satisfactory answers and asked me to contact my bank. I also tried to contact the bank, they asked me that cashback is the seller's responsibility, they will solve my issue.

please help me to get my cashback

    I raised a ticket through whirlpool customer care to get my washing machine repaired. Initial compliant was water inside the drum was not drained out after the wash. First engineer visited, mentioned that it's an issue with the power board and has to be replaced. Also, recommended to install the pro plug as well. We did change the power as recommended and they charge 8k. Engineer confirmed that the rest is all fine, it's just the power board and machine will run for another 3-5 years. Two days later, machine was not working, when we called them again, engineer visited and mentioned it's an wiring issue and changed it. Few days later, we faced another issue, water was not flowing through the inlet. Senior engineer visited this time and mentioned that inlet valve has to be replaced. We did changed that and 650/- was charged. Again few days later machine stopped working and there was error message on the display. The same senior engineer visited and checked. He mentioned that it's an issue with wiring and he's temporarily fixing it. However, complete wiring needs to be replaced and it would cost 1600/-. Just a day later, the same error on the display. Instead of fixing the issue, they sold their products and didn't provide a permanent solution to the problem. This is absolutely cheating. Didn't know how to raise customer complaints. Hence posting here.

        Sir, i have purchased whirlpool refrigerator model no 71962 2, serial no INC[protected] in the month of July 2021, The above machine failed to function on 26th Dec22, and subsequently complaint was registered from my registered mobile no at whirlpool WhatsApp no.Technician visited on my mentioned site and after checking confirmed that compressor need to be changed which has warranty of 10 years .But as per technician purchase bill to be produced to claim warranty and i have misplaced purchased bill, and because of failing to produce purchase bill and after talking with executive on helpline no my complaint have not been redress as i don't have purchase bill .

        Now my question or query is
        1)Why i need to produce purchase bill when I have machine model and serial no, date of purchase with registered personal mobile

        2)since I don't have purchase bill can whirlpool disown the serial no and model no which they must have in there record of issue from warehouse and date of sale to customer.

        3)since they are failing to fulfill there obligation which is given in warranty a case and fine must be imposed on such company for harrassing customer and causing mental and economic imbalances

        Therefor i raise this issue from this platform to redress my grievances and for necessary action against the company

          Sir, I have bought whirlpool single door inverter technology based refrigerator in July 2021 bearing model no 71969 2
          Serial no INC[protected], and registered my mobile no and name with the given platform of whirlpool.

          Above machine failed to perform and after complaint technician asked for purchase bill which i have misplaced .On the above reason for non produce of bill technician refused to replace for free .Now question arises is it mandatory to produce bill even if date of purchase, consumer name and machine purchase is registered with whirlpool.

          This is complete harrasment by whirlpool to its customer and failing to perform obligation which is within the warranty period.kindly above complaint to be redressed and whirlpool must stop harrassing its customer .Thanks

            I had purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator on 18.12.2022 from M/s Great Eastern Retail Private Limited, Kohat Enclave, Pitam Pura, Delhi - 110034 (Authorized Dealer of Whirlpool India) and a Complaint Reference No. DEL[protected] was registered on 19.12.2022 by the Dealer at Whirlpool India for Demo & Installation of the said Refrigerator and inspite of several verbal reminders as well as written communication by myself over Whirlpool India Customer Care No. [protected], through Chat and through E-Mail, their Technician Mr. Ravi (Mobile No. [protected]) had contacted me over phone in the evening of Saturday i.e. on 24.12.2022 at around 7.00 PM and he assured me that he will visit at my Registered Residential Address on Sunday i.e. on 25.12.2022 at around 11.00 AM. Thereafter, on 25.12.2022 (Sunday) when he did not arrive by 11.15 AM, I had called him up and he told me that he will visit soon. I had made several calls to him and every time he was saying that he is in my area for other calls and will definitely visit soon, but he never came to my residence and after 8.00 PM on 25.12.2022 (Sunday), he stopped taking my calls.

            It is very surprising and shocking to see the behaviour and casual approach of the Technician Mr. Ravi (Mobile No. [protected]) of Whirlpool India and Non-Attendance/ Non-Resolution of my Complaint Reference No. DEL[protected] till date.

            I had also written E-Mail to Whirlpool India at their E-Mail IDs: [protected]@whirlpool.com with CC to [protected]@whirlpool.com; [protected]@whirlpool.com, but no response received from their end and nothing has happened till now. A Reminder E-Mail at these E-Mail IDs has also been sent by me today morning.

            This is the clear cut case of deficiency of services on the part of Whirlpool India.

            Concerned Officials/ Authorities are requested to please look into the issue and take urgent and immediate action to resolve my long pending Demo & Installation Complaint.

              Complaint not resolved even after 30 days

              We purchased whirlpool triple door refrigerator in august and it worked 15 days without issues, then started cool not coming.
              Raised issue and closed in 5 days.
              Again after 6 days got dame issue and closed it in 6 days.
              Again after 10 days we got same issue again closed in 5 days.
              Again got issue they visited after 5days and said can’t fix and requested for another ticket for replacement.

              I have double door refrigerator of whirlpool. In july month it shows an error code E1 and we have called your service center for repair, your has come and change the sensor for which he has charge Rs2000 without issue any bill and from last two days the same error code is shown and I called your service center again and your engineer change the sensor again and charge Rs 1500 and next day refrigerator again shows test error code E1 and today I called your engineer for same and he says that he is no able to understand the problem and will visit on Tuesday and this is PATHETIC. This reply from whirlpool service center is poor and also the quality of service is poor. Kindly provide the engineer on urgent basis otherwise this issue will escalate to higher authorities.

                I am in need of duplicate bill for my purchase made on September 20th, 2018.

                Have already provided the transaction details in terms of bank transaction id, transaction date, transaction amount, delivery address etc but whirlpool is not able to trace any order details. Have shared concern over [protected]@whirlpool.com multiple times but no resolution yet. Requesting immediate assistance.

                    I bought a fridge which seemed to have a manufacturing defect. I have contacted service centre and got the fridge repaired. Even after two services and repair, my fridge is not working (cooling) since last one week. No matter how much they repair it, the fridge does not work as it should. I have complained two times on toll free no. but there is no response and no any technician has visit my home till date.

                      Worst!! Too much worst service#product
                      Number of many reminders, my issues is jot resolved.

                      Kindly note the below points--
                      1. I bought a refrigerator from your worst company then i face issues water leakaging and not freeing.
                      2.Numbers of many escalation, u have changed your faulty product with your faulty product.
                      3. I called your engineer your installmention of second faulty Refrigerator, he said your refrigerator is working well however i told that still i m facing same issue --no freezing
                      4. I thought it may issue due to hot weather but its december time issue is same..

                      No cooling#No freezing issues

                      5.for my awareness i called and condcut survey to get the information about timeline to get freezed ice then i came to know that it maximum 3 hours.

                      6.i called to Mr. Sudhir headoffice of gurgoan to inform my issue then he said impolitely have u raised company?

                      I think this should not have happened. If customer esacalted case to higher level he should not aware about hierarchy.

                      7. After too much frustration and being i called to customer care but jobody received my calls i think..it is in blacklist. I stayed on hold 30 min in between my hetice schedule8. l(screenshot attached)

                      8. At last i lodge complaints through whatsapp as all the employees are closed their ears to hear my voice..

                      Its my very very very agreesive and frustrated reminder.. Kindly arrange your technician i totally frustrated

                      Note my point--i will not repair it as i m facing same issue since installation.

                        Case History:
                        I was purchase a Freeze from your esteem brand Model Potron 260ltrs in January 2022 under 1 year warranty and 10years warranty for compressor.
                        The product was nice and work efficiently until 8th December’22.Then problem shown on the refrigerator with ‘NO COOLING’ complain. I have created a Ticket for service ‘THA[protected]’.

                        Accordingly Service has been allocate to M/s S.R Homes –Whirlpool at Nerul East. Mumbai Marastra.

                        On 10th evening service person come to my home for gas filling. But they have found a leakage on deep freezing section on aluminium coupler lining and said this is not repairable and need to be changed.
                        But sometime after again the person told me that he will cut the portion of leakage and fixed copper pipe by cutting aluminium pipe. Being an engineer I am doubtful on the process they are going to do. As my freeze is under warranty I have ask him not to do any 'Jugar' work to complete service requests. That will do further damage the thing. Accordingly they have return back.

                        Although I have written mail to there customer service portal but those mails also un responded till date ( refer attached mails)

                        In such circumstances, till date no one from there end has communicate to me . Only I am personally contact them several time and ask them for update. But they are harassing me by saying it is under approval and can take 2weeks.

                        I am requesting your intervention immediately as I am suffering very poorly. My freeze materials are rotating and my medicine are kept at my neighbour freeze. Being an essential items how could be the process so lengthy.

                          Sir/Madam,
                          I bought a 24000/- refrigerator but within 2 month it stops working and the family is forced to request the neighbours to keep the food items that need to be refrigerated in their refrigerator for 20+ days. And the neighbours now have offered their old refrigerator to us till the new one gets fixed (don't know whether they did it out of empathy or frustration).

                          The story goes like this.
                          I bought a new whirlpool 240 L Frost Free Multi-Door
                          Refrigerator (FP 263D PROTTON ROY,
                          German Steel) | B07NBZ43PH through amazon on 24/09/2022. My new refrigerator has not been working for 20+ days. The refrigerator stopped cooling and a service request was raised through whatsapp on 22 -Nov - 2022 with number MAD[protected], subsequently a technician visited on same day and informed that compressor is not working properly and hence the cooling is not happening. He said the compressor needs to be replaced and he will raise a request. I made further calls on the status (call logs are attached ) . He was assuring me that the compressor replacement request is raised and will be received in a few days. On 02/12/2022 i got his manager's number who never picked up the calls. Again finally on 09/12/2022 I called back the service technician who told me that he had no idea about the status of the replacement and asked me to raise a request.
                          So on 09/12/2022 I raised a service request again with ID MAD[protected] through the tollfree [protected] and explained the whole situation to one lady service executive who finally told me that the technician will visit within 2 hours. I received a call at around 4.30 pm from whirlpool office and they promised to send a technician right away, but so far no one has visited till now.

                            The fridge delivered to me on Nov 25 is defective. THIS IS A BRAND NEW FRIDGE. I purchased directly from WHIRLPOOL ONLINE,

                            The freezer section which is supposed to be frost free makes ice and icicles. The fridge does not cool in the normal section.

                            I have been trying to connect with customer service since delivery. The whatsapp number does not work. The automated system has not created a ticket till date. The online chat representative states, I write an email. Email representative calls and states it will be done but it is not yet resolved. This has been a very painful experience.

                            The technician left my home today around 4:30 pm. He indicated that there are gaps in the door hence the ice formation.

                            Please replace the fridge.

                              We bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in jun 2016. Last week the tub got struck and not rotates.
                              We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that two year warranty period was over so inspection charge will be Rs 475/-. I accepted it and their person came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed was due to the bearing problem. And also said barring must be replaced. and said the cost is around Rs 6000/- that also comes with only 2 months warranty. On hearing this i was shocked and was not happy with whirlpool products.

                                We have bought a 3 door refrigerator on October 1st 2022. But it has stopped cooling since the last couple of weeks. When the machine shuts to defrost, it doesn't start for almost 12 hours.
                                We have been lodging a complaint since 22nd November but to no avail. Once technician came over to check and certified the same was working fine.
                                In spite of raising almost 4-5 complaint on whats' app and with the customer care, there are just false promises given to us confirming the visit of a senior technician. but nothing has moved so far nor has anybody contacted us to resolve the matter.
                                All our food items in the fridge have got spoilt. Whirlpool is just not bothered now that the refrigerator is sold. its's none of their concern any more. A very pathetic situation. Have never faced such an issue with any other brand. It's a huge mistake having gone for whirlpool.
