Whirlpool India — Split ac | |||
I have bought 2 split ac from whirlpool 6 months ago. One of them started leaking water within a few hours of runnning, i have raised 3 requests dfor support. The first request was attended 3 days later post a promise of 24 hrs. The second time issue re-occured within a week and the guy came and said he didnt see a problem and to call when it leaked again. He however chose to close the case and take a satisfaction number from me. Its ofcourse leaked again damaging a painting and my wooden floor. I called the guy a million times over the last 3 days and he said will be there in an hour and hasnt showed up each and every time. Your support is a joke. I had a need to but a 3rd ac and have bought an lg. I will replace all your acs with lg or samsung even though they are in warranty because i refuse to be treated so poorly. I will replace because i can afford it, many people will not have the choice. I have told everyone in my new project who are buying acs not to touch whirlpool. Thought you may want to know how you are losing customers because you choose to treat customers poorly. Was this information helpful? | |||
