Whirlpool India — Split AC less cooling 3 times repaired still under observation for proper cooling hence extend warranty

I wish to inform you that I have purchased split AC unit online (Flipkart) on 26.04.2022 and same is installed by authorized technician (Gurukrupa Services) on 02.05.2022. Within 15 days after installation water leakage observed from the indoor unit, water leakage problem was observed 3 times due to poor workmanship or negligence of the technician. The AC was working fine for 6 to 7 months. After that less cooling was observed, I called the authorized technician to attend the less cooling issue, he done something and it was worked for 18 to 20 days only. Then I raised Ticket through whatsapp on 24.02.2023 Ticket No.THA[protected] for No/Less Cooling. The technician checked the cooper pipe for leakage and repaired the same copper pipe and filled the gas. Within 10 days again the same less cooling issue observed. Again I raised Ticket No.THA[protected] on 16.03.2023 for maintenance required. The technician visited and done some repair, but the less cooling issue was not resolved. Then again I was forced to raise Ticket No.THA[protected] on 23.03.2023 for No/Less cooling. The technician visited and after heavy argument he replaced the copper pipe and filled the gas. As on date AC is working fine, only 10 days passed. Further I wish to inform you that considering the past bad experience, I am very upset with this AC unit and I am unable to judge is AC unit (indoor and outdoor unit) is faulty or the installation is faulty, now it is under observation. Now the one year warranty will be expire in end of this month, but the less cooling / gas leakage issue is under observation and yet to be confirmed for satisfactory working of the AC. Hence I request you to kindly extend the warranty for next 6 months (without any charges). So that it can be solved permanently. Kindly look into the matter and extend the warranty before it expire.
