Hello Sir/Madam,
I have bought a Whirlpool washing machine on 4th October, 2020 and I got delivered it in 09th October, 2020. The next day a technician visit for installation. There was an issue with the inlet pipe. So, I bought inlet pipe with the price of Rs. 750. But still there is an issue of leakage and also washing machine giving signal of no water source repeatedly. Also there is an issue of completion of washing. After 1 minute duration it never completes its washing cycle. There is no spinning to dry the clothes. It's continue running with no sign of completion. I called technician named Jay Maji (Mobile no. - [protected]) who visited earlier and informed him the issue. But all the time he was giving consolation that he will visit and fix the issue. He is cheating with the customer and he is not taking responsibilities to fix the issue. He does not know how to value the customer. I repeatedly register service request to whirlpool customer care but I am not receiving any technician call. Almost 4 times I have registered service request. The last service request number is KOL[protected] registered on 17th October. Also I called customer care yesterday (19th October, 2020), they told me I will receive call after 11am today. But there is nothing.
I have purchased a washing machine and invest money to give my mother little bit relaxation, considering her age. It's almost 16 days passed since I bought it, and I am unable to use it without any problem. And the major problem is the behavior of the technician and the concerned company (Whirlpool).
In this circumstances my request is to get me out of this problem as soon as possible. I am expecting a better technician,
a) Who can value customers
b) Who can value company reputation
c) Who knows about the washing machine systems, so that we can get it fixed and get a proper demo.
If you kindly grant my application and help me out from this trouble I will be highly obliged to you.
