[Resolved] Whirlpool India — washing machine not working well | |||
We have bought a 9.5kg washing machine in January this year(W/M TL 9.5KG 360 BE PRO-H GRP) through Croma. We are most dissatisfied with the wash quality. Firstly the water doesn’t fill and submerge the clothes fully despite trying all different options. So the detergent does not get rinsed properly. Secondly the clothes come out completely knotted. It seems they are being pulled apart! Nobody seems to respond to our complaints. Please have someone knowledgeable contact us. Earlier the machine stopped working completely and a whirlpool technician came and reset some electronic card. The whole experience has been very irritating. We had a whirlpool machine since 2003 and it worked well, no knotted clothes and no residual soap. Please provide some support. Was this information helpful? | |||

This is to bring to your notice that the previous complaint has not been resolved as yet. All that happened was that one Jasvir Singh came and got us to sign a form where we again mentioned all the problems and he left. (Copy attached)
Now the machine is malfunctioning; not spinning the clothes adequately on a regular cycle and there is a smell of electric burning from the machine. So from a badly working machine we now have a non working machine. I am surprised how your people are saying that the complaint has been resolved!
I have had a Whirlpool washing machine before this and I was satisfied enough to buy the same brand. However, the new machine is not working properly since the very first wash and I am really disappointed with the quality of your service.
Please resolve this issue, or take back the machine. I do not wish to have to resort to anything else.
