My washing machine is whirlpool semiautomatic .the drain fill switch is not working.I called the customer care they informed me that they will come anr repair it after 2 days on tuesday or wednesday and the visiting charge will be RS.350 and I have to pay separately for the switch.I think it is very unfair to charge 350 Rs for visit charge.How can people who are middle class and low income people afford it.I think this charge should be reduced to RS.50-100 and not fied Rs.350.kindly look in to this matter urgently.think about all your customers not only the rich people who can afford but also low income customers.

Hi,

Yeaterday I have purchased a 340L refrigerator from whirlpool showroom.today I got a call from costumer care regarding demo.
I want to know about demo charges.
Demo personal taken 400 rs for some Anti orderent antibacterial kit.
He told me the kit is not come along with refrigerator.company charges seperately for it.

I requested you please clear my double.
Was that person right or fooling customers.
