I had complained to service centre in pattambi to repair the whirlpool washing machine model 31074 last month. The technician came and told me to replace the board i have agreed. Unfortunately the technician not came to replace the board even after one month. I have called him many times has said the part not available. It is unbelievable to replace a board even a 4 years old washing machine more than one month. The board is a important part of the washing machines but the company failed to supply the parts their service centres on time in this much competitive markets. It is happening very rarely from reputed companies..
