I had complained about my washing machine not working on 20/01/2019. The engineer visited on 21/01/2019 where he told a part needs to be replaced. But its a week now, but the part is not yet being replaced. After contacting the engineer everyday he says i have not received the part from dahisar service station. After following up with mr akshay at dahisar service station contact no [protected] he says he has not yet received from company. He provided me with the contact no of mr vikas on [protected] whose cell is busy since an hour. After contacting on toll free no [protected], call centre employees name mr aamir, miss himanshi were unable to connect me with their senior. After all i am still unable to know from where is the replacing part going to come.
I had purchased machine in dec 2017 & in a years time and i have started facing problem.

Kindly solve my query asap.

    This is my second mail complaining about the faulty service by mr rana and his team for my fully automatic washing machine. I have been robbed off by putting anew sensor and still with the same error, unoperational machine. On contacting them they now are asking for the change of complete panel and some more money.
    No response from them, have been trying incharge mr rana’s number.
    Have put my experience in social media as well.
    Hope the authoristen to customers complaints or will adress the issue in consumer forum

      stainwash washing machine

      Purchased fully automatic washing machine 3 yrs back, which had 10 yr warranty. The machine purchased for rs.24 k. It started troubling after 8 months. Later i have got it repairerd at service center. Harshita services authorised service center at vishakhapatnam. I have paid for repair expenses due to wiring issues, motor issues and every part. And made me pay rs 12k approximately for 3 complaints and they were least bithered....

      Dear sir
      This is to inform you for the malpractices prevelant in your company for the service repair of the washing machines.
      There is a scam going on by your authorised head office service station, wherein they come and replace the parts and within a week the same error occurs and we are asked obnoxious amour to pay every time.
      Moreover the head incharge mr rana at the service station refuses to come online to address the concern and his technicians keeps missing and send their juniors to come for a repair visit.
      I have had a very bitter experience with them and inspire of paying for a new sensor and service charges last week my machine is not in working order.
      I would like you to address it as i am going to put this experience on social media as well.

      Have tried to get in touch with the incharge of service station on gurgaon mr Rana. Has been not responding since then.
      Would request for an earliest solution since we are facing a lot of difficulty due to his incompetence.
      Or please arrange for replacement of washing machine till your team can sort out the matters.
      Have posted the experience in gurgoan social media as well, they can’t treat customers like this anymore.

        We bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in oct-2014. It worked well for one year as mentioned in the warranty. But from the last month, there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning.
        We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that two year warranty period was over so inspection charge will be rs 350/-. I accepted it and their person came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem. And also said barring must be replaced. And said the cost is around rs 7500/- that also comes with only 2 months warranty. On hearing this i was shocked because actually we use only liquid detergent to wash the clothes and in my home only there are two-person clothes will be washed once a week. I asked him why the quality is so poor; he said all the washing machine of this company will work only for the mentioned warranty year afterward all problems will occur. Please don’t buy a whirlpool washing machine.

        Hi,

        We have also been facing same issues with our Whirlpool washing machine for same model and have been advised the same as mentioned above, not sure of the correct solution and still waiting for second opinion as amount of repair suggested by Whirlpool representative seems obnoxious considering the age of machine.

        If possible, please share necessary contact details or any information.

          My whirlpool refrigerator 230 im fresh direct cool model had a complaint of no optimum cooling from 8/1/2019.
          I have registered a complaint through qrs customer care and get an id 1- 135666 on date 9/1/2019.
          Unit was collected from my home on 10/1/2019 by new star solutions, balaramapuram, thiruvananthapuram, kerala. And they informed me that the compressor should be changed and will be delivered with in two days.
          But i am very sad to inform you that i have not get the unit repaired yet.
          Every time when i make a call to service center, they replay that "will be ready tomorrow". And it is now 10 days passed.
          I request you kindly take necessary arrangement to solve my problem as early as possible. And also request to avoid such type of delay from your service providers because that will affect the reputation of the company.

            I purchased whirlpool ro minerala 90 in june 2016 for rs.11200/-
            Total charges paid towards part replacement: rs.8300
            Total paid as visiting charges: rs.1160
            No. Of technician visits post warranty: 8
            All the services attended by sri aravindar services - chengalpattu

            Time since filter replacement (Sediment+pre-carbon+membrane+mes) - 4 months

            Technician attended twice in nov 2018 for issue of water not re-filling in tank and pump running continuously. First visit they told me that a valve has to be changed. It was changed in second visit and still re-filling takes hours and the pump keeps on running along with continuous drop-by drop leakage from the appliance. I even registered a negative feedback with the customer support team who called me up only for a reply that they will revert back. Since then nothing has happened.
            A total of rs.9460/- spent to maintain a rs.11200 product in just 1 years and 6 months post the 1 year warranty.

            Whirlpool is earning just by putting consumer to misery!!

            Technician has attended twice so far:
            23-Feb - Technician 1 says solenoid and level ball valve has to be changed
            27-Feb - Technician 2 says one of the membrane filter is choked and has to be changed. This filter was replaced fresh in Aug 2018. (@ Rs.2850)

            Now once again whirlpool wants to replace parts and put the RO on testing at customer end.

            Next complaint - replace the next part - that's Whirlpool's approach so far.
            The problem does not get resolved at all.

            Complaint not resolved after repeated technician visits. Only keep paying visiting charges and spares charges. I have been calling Whirpool twice a week nowadays. Such is the quality of the product

              I raised a complaint regarding my washing machine for below issues
              1) water intake
              2) voltage fluctuation
              Agent has replaced power board and value and collected 4422/- (Bill i have)
              After 20 mins again issue came, agent again check and informed power board is not issue, issue with voltage and replaced old board in washing machine.

              He said he will transfer money back for this power board and take back the new product, till now he didn't reached. Still now he didn't transferred money and the new part is with me.
              Transaction done on 28 nov 2018 and today is 18 jan 2019.

                I register my complaint on 5th morning about my refrigerator not working. The first surprising thing happened to me that after registering the complaint some third party engineer (Who was not from authorized whirlpool service center) came to my house and removed 2 items from the fridge. And by the evening no one from authorized service center called me though they say for a call from engineer withing 2 hours of registration. When i called again to customer care, i got to know that some un-authorized guy has taken the parts.
                Anyway i got the items back same day but the major issue is that it's been 5 days now and refrigerator is not working. The authorized service senter named "active service center" person prashant has been saying that the part is coming from another location "within city" from "last 3 days". Today they said that they got the part but that is some other part. How it can be a reply from an authorized service center.
                When i called to customer care again, i was told that the part will come in another 2 more days. I wanted to know about the service sla and the escalation email id, customer care also denied to provide these details.
                It's been 5 days full and the problem is not resolved. I have never seen such a worst service from another brand.

                This problem still exist. First the it took 7-8 days to resolve the problem from whirlpool service center. That time whirlpool engineer asked me to purchase a stabilizer also from them and I purchased that in by paying him Rs1000/- more from the market price.
                Again the same part failed 2 weeks ago, they fixed it and again the same part failed 3rd time 4-5 days back. I have been chasing service center from last 4-5 days but no proper response. Service center person Prashant keep saying that they are working on that but not telling any tentative date. I don't know for how many more days they will take to resolve the problem. I am really regretting for purchasing whirlpool product as the service is really worst and takes lot of time. By now I have given closed to 15 days for one problem. Pathetic service.
                Thanks for addressing this. the problem is resolved now.
                Hopefully, our discussion on phone will work as a positive feedback from me.
                And thanks to this portal service as well for quick action with Provider.

                  We had taken a brand new refrigerator (6th sense vita magic, 200 ltrs, tmc show room, hyderabad) and taken 3 years annual maintenance service (Amc) too by paying more than rs.3000/- upfront. Within 6 months, bulb inside the refrigerator stopped glowing. When i raised service request, a technician visited and said that bulb is not as part of amc contract or 1 year warranty and i have to pay additional amount to replace that. Just for the sake of replacing rs.100/- worth of bulb, he denied to provide the service. Then what's the use of paying rs.3000/- upfront for amc if they do not replace a single bulb which does not cost more than rs.75/- which is stopped working within 6 months. They might have framed the amc rules that bulbs and plastic parts are not covered under the amc but they could have replaced the bulb which does not cost more than rs.75/- to keep the customer satisfied but denied bluntly and rudely.
                  I tried to convince their hyderabad uppal branch staff mr. Venu and their manager mr. Ashok but they rudely denied my request. Then i tried to contact customer care at[protected] and there too one mr. Harshavardhan who is their floor supervisor responding rudely and denied to escalate the issue to the next level.
                  Then i tried to contact their corporate office using the numbers "+[protected]" but no one lifts the phone despite of calling n number of times for many a days.
                  Just for replacing a rs.75/- bulb, they are torturing the customers like this and one can imagine, what will happen, if any major parts gets damaged and needs a replacement or repair.
                  Where as i have another refrigerator with godrej, and with them too taken amc by paying rs.3000/-. They are very courtes and replaced bulb though they too have a rule of not covering plastic parts and bulbs etc.). This is where corporate can make difference by being flexible and customer oriented instead of blindly following the amc rules just for replacing a rs.75/- bulb.

                  I had already given my mobile number in the above complaint and giving once again here. My mobile number to reach is +91 [protected]. Even I had written a mail to "[protected]@whirlpool.com" on 9th Jan 2019 with a subject "Pathetic After Sales Service of Whirlpool India for Refrigerator" but even my mail NOT got acknowledged (forget about resolving the issue). Normally any small company, sends an auto acknowledgement, right? Even that is not sent by whirlpool.com people and you can imagine what kind of business they are running. And already tried N number of times to their corporate office but no one lifts phone despite of calling N number of times. When they wanted to maintain this kind of pathetic customer support, Is it not better to open a Kirana Shop for whirlpool instead of manufacturing refrigerators and air conditioners?

                    I received a call from whirlpool and informed about the amc plans that 1y + 3 months and 2y + 6 months are the available offers that include every 3 month service using descale powder at no cost. Based on the provided information, i opted for 2y + 6m and paid the specified amount by cheque. But i received a letter addressed from mr. Anish ahuja for 1 year amc. Initially i sent an email for which i received a reply from ms. Sonu and asked to send the amc receipt. I responded to the email with relevant attachment. After repeated emails reminding about this, she did not responded and i forwarded the email to mr. Anish ahuja.
                    The issue is not yet resolved.

                    But the offer was for 2 years + 6 months.
                    I received a phone call stating that the system was updated as per the request but I did not received any communication (letter or email) about the revision/update for my record/reference.

                      We bought an extended warranty of our refrigerator from whirlpool, the warranty card which we have shows validity till 9/01/2018 yet the company is denying the service stating the product is out of warranty and saying do whatever you want they don't care. The company person came and took phographs of the warranty card yet they are denying service what should we do they just fool people

                        Hi team,

                        I have logged my complaint on 2nd january as 1st january was holiday for the company. I am having cooling problem from 31st december. One of the service person came to see my fridge and detected problem with the compressor.

                        They ordered a new compressor and they are asking for 4-5 days time to do the servicing. Please try to understand my situation and try to understand the urgency i have. It seems the local service provider does not even care for my concern. Please help to fix my problem asap.

                          We bought top loading whirlpool fully automatic washing machine in february 2017
                          It worked well since 31st december 2018 but from last day there was a heavy sound in the spin tub while rinsing and spinning also the machine was moving n shifting from its position
                          We lodged a complaint in whirlpool customer center they said that two year warranty period is still running, so no visiting charges. The technician came to our home and checked the machine and confirmed that the sound is due to the bearing problem and the machine needs to go to the service center and will be charged 1500/- as the machine is under warranty.
                          I am really shocked how can a machine under warranty can have a faulty bearing and also as the company is degrading and loosing its trust, i am scared of sending my machine to the service center for couple of days.
                          Kindly get it replaced at my doorstep.

                          Washing machine is not working. Board is showing light but water is not coming into the machine. Water tap is ok, but machine is not working properly.

                            I have been using a whirlpool double-door fridge model no. Ff400 since 2007. This year, in mid of august i faced a cooling problem in the fridge lower portion (Freezer was working fine) and called up on [protected] / [protected] to lodge a repair request.

                            Consequently, mr. Ashok (Reachable on [protected] and [protected]) came to address the issue and informed that the freezer fan motor of the fridge needs to be replaced. Hence, he came the next day, changed the fan motor and asked for a payment of rs.3500. I was not at home that time, and when my wife asked for a bill, mr. Ashok mentioned that the payable amount would be rs.5500 if he issues a bill. Also, he said that the company offers a 3 months warranty, but he instead would give one year warranty if we don't take the bill. My wife agreed and paid him rs.3500.

                            Now recently, in december 2018, i again faced an issue with the fridge wherein it was making beeping sound at regular intervals. I called up mr. Ashok directly and he visited on 18th dec. This time, he changed a small black-colored cylindrical part which he called sensor (Photo attached) and charged us rs.2000 for the spare part which according to him was worth rs.3200 with bill.

                            However, the fridge didn't stop making the beeping sound, and i had to call up mr. Ashok again after 3-4 days. This time he mentioned that he would suggest changing the module which would cost rs.4500 + service charge + taxes according to the company's price sheet, if i want a bill.

                            Since i had already spent rs.5500 in the last 4 months to get my fridge repaired, and there was another high cost of rs.4500 involved i double-checked with mr. Ashok if he is sure that the problem lies with the module and changing it will solve the problem. As he didn't have an answer to it, he visited again and made some changes to get the fridge stop making any sound at all, and informed us he has adjusted the sound with sensor. But now, the fridge doesn't even beep when it should in cases like when we leave the door open, etc.

                            I had called up on company helpline in august given the trust i had on whirlpool as a brand; however, if the company's engineer would try to fool the customer for his vested interests then it's a matter of great dismay and i feel cheated. At the age of 68 years, i have used several whirlpool products throughout my life but haven't faced such a problem in the past.

                            May i please request you to look into the matter personally and confirm if the charges taken by mr. Ashok (Whirlpool certified engineer) are genuine and the services provided by him up to the mark?

                              I brought a whirlpool ice magic fridge n within 5 days one night my tiles broke and walls cracked. When mailed to helpdesk they did not help in anyway. We have it switch off after paying rd.13500. We undergoing mental tension as houseowners are blaming us for buying this. We are afraid to switch on fearing something happens. We want justice. How can a company manufacture like this model which radiates heat. We are hardworking middle class people believe in advertisement and meet heavy loss. Our hard earned money is wasted on this. Now we are not able to use nor get back our money. The company does not have a call desk who can help to solve the issue. We plead that we get back the money n will return the fridge

                                Bad in after sales service
                                Paid for new washing machine to vijay sales pune on 23.12.2018. Agreed to deliver machine on 24.12.2018. Machine arrived on 25.12.2018. It was damaged. Returned immediately. After big fight with vijay sales another machine delivered on 28.12.2018. Installation engineer was supposed to visit on 29.12.2018 at 6pm. Arrived at 7.30 pm. Requested him to wait for 10-15 minutes as guests were arriving. Promised to come in another 30 minutes. Then at 8.30 pm informs that his time is over and he will not attend. After taking money from customer, the manufacturer and dealer are careless. Customer has to be at their mercy.
                                I do not recommend whirlpool and vijay sales for any purchases.

                                  I have purchased a whirlpool semi-automatic washing machine at chennai.

                                  Recently, the drier cable cable failed, and i called the whirlpool customer care. The technician came from tiruvallur service center, and stole the drier cable, and he bypassed the cable contact with a direct connection. He even closed the previous complaint without even informing me.

                                  Is this the way of a proper service? Service center: sri vari services, tiruvallur, tamilnadu - 602001
