[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Whirlpool 360 Top Load Automatic | |
I made an online payment of 5400/- UPI/[protected]/UpiTransaction/whirlpoolindiaam/H on 10 November 2020 to whirlpoolindiaamc.[protected]@hdfcbank at 01:04 PM for an extended warranty of 2 years. I got the SMS from AD-WPLSCV against order AMC-53561, but I have not received documentation of AMC against the payment. Additionally, customer care is neither helpful in assisting with queries they mentioned that payment was not made to them however the UPI transaction detail clearly states Whirpool India AMC.
