Whirlpool after sale service is wrost. Customer service provided by them is misleading and they fraud to customers.
Today my fridge stopped giving cooling and hence I called customer support.
The technician from bedi enterprises visited to me and said that the fan of refrigerator got damaged because we have not installed stabilizer with it

He convinced us to buy the stabilzer worth rs 2500 and told to replace the damaged fan, it will cost 3000 and plus his visiting charge of rs 480. Total bill came to rs 5300 from which he gave discount after a lot of buzz. We paid total 4500 for fan, stabalizer and visiting charge .

Due to the curiosity I went to local technician and he examined the old fan and it was working fine. I was shocked to see it.
The technician did a fraud to us by telling that fan is damaged and need to be replace.
He also mislead us by convincing us to buy a stabalizer as well which was not required.

Whirlpool is fraud, it's customer service fraud. I need my amount back 4500 else now I will to consumer court.

I had done the payment and ordered for AMC for my whirlpool washing machine : AMC 52395

I was told that I would get an email confirmation from whirlpool, which I am yet to get.

The installation service for new split inverter AC is repeatedly making installation faults, more than 3 complaints already raised,
still the product not working properly (zero cooling)

Have been charged near 4000Rs, for installation to new product purchased this month, Every time the technicians demanding additional amount needed for install issue which was absolutely from their side.
The actual installation said was 999+tax,

The installation service done by "Sri Sastha Enterprises" in Chennai, Thoraipakkam, 600097 is like unauthorized, due to repeated problem we tried reaching service shop, but no shop existed like that in their billing name.

And also kind request to change authorized service, as we had planned of 3 new ACs for home and due to this worst installation service,
we had reverted to buy only 1, and 2 other from Daikin.

We believe that if we selected you for better services. You should provide fear transaction to customer when we called to customer for service they had explained that customer has to pay 350+GST(18%) BUT YOUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER DOES NOT PROVIDED GST bill AND ABOUT GENUINE PARTS WHICH AVAILABLE ON AMAZON NEAR ABOUT with price 446, I will file RTI about things which bill provided by Service centre and parts which used in my refrigerator it's genuine or not because they given me without GST bill.I am sending copy of bill and parts rate which is differ from ur authorized leader

In trust of brand, I bought 2 air conditioner for my home in faith that whirlpool brand, venus outlet brand won't cheat me. But past few years, I continue to do expense as some time gas leakage, sometimes condenser, sometimes outdoor unit fan motor repaired. This year, I realised that the brand have cheated me by giving aluminium coil instead of copper coil in outdoor unit. Very frustrated...

The machine is in Warranty. The machine has been malfunctioning on account of various problems for the past year. Now, the water level of machine gets too high inspite of fixing a particular water level. The machine has been an absolute failure in its performance. Never buy whirlpool washing machine.

My self sofi Mohammed I bought the washing machine 14 months ago and since last seven months my machine was not working I had given number of complaints to whirlpool service center as wel as the showroom person none o[censored]s ready to take any action this is the last hope through email hope you consider my request

If not I have to move to consumer court for my rights please try to understand the situation how my wife washing the cloths on hand since last seven months

Whirlpool Refrigerator stopped cooling and called on customer care. The technician who came home has levied high charges of Rs 3850 +350 initially and after calling the customer support for the exact charges they tried to manage by saying server is down. Meanwhile they called he same technician and enquired him the charge he told us. when I called back customer care they keep me on wait and told Rs3850. On web the gas filling charge is only 700 max.It was work of half an hour and heavy charges levied.

I bought Whirlpool Fridge from Bajaj Electronics but after 6 Months it started leaking from Backside
I complaint to Whirlpool service centre, they sent the executive at my home who just changed the temperature from inside but again after 2 days as same thing happened
To which I called the same executive, he said joint one pipe on backside of your fridge and leave it to the drain
It was shocking to hear this from such a reputed company executive like this
I want ur company (Bajaj Electronics) to replace from Fridge

Refrigerator was over cooling. Technician from Balaji service center visited on 30/sep/2020 after raising service request at Whirlpool customer care. We were charged Rs. 8200 to solve the issue. But after 2 days we found that the overcooling issue was not solved. The same technician not answering the phone. For more than 10 days we have been trying to have him visit again to solve the issue. Technician not answering phone anymore. Customer care also just promises that technician will visit.

Purchased Whirlpool washing machine on Flipkart - 7th Nov 2016 which has Warranty 2Yaers on Product and 10 Years on Motor & Prime Mover. From that getting noise (like AUTO) on while washing, complained 2-3 times and service person came and said its common on these machines, recently again complained and the person came and said need to replace Gear box which is cost around 6000. Why that person didn't said about gear box issue under warranty period?

Since 1week again complained but there is no response from Whirlpool.

We have purchased a refrigerator in the month of february 2020, but we received the display model which had so many scratches, we filled a complaint to whirlpool after which they have agreed upon replacement which took like more than 3 months. We requested them to provide us a different model (Bigger size 360 litres which was available in stock). We agreed to pay the difference amount of the bigger variant which was 6500rs. We have been contacting sunder from whirlpool india for the delivery of the fridge. We have made the payment of the difference amount on 28th sept. But still, till today haven't received the product. Whenever we follow up with sunder he keeps saying that the fridge will be delivered by tomorrow. But we haven't received it yet. It is almost 9 months we have been following for the replacement of our fridge and we haven't received it yet. Please take immediate action against this careless behavior, we cant follow up each and every day for this. It is already been 9 months since we are waiting.

As per request your technician visit my home last week and change
some heater and all in the refrigerator.
In meanwhile the heater is short due to some technical issues and whole
unit catch up the fire.Its a accident comes in front of your technician
we control the fire and your technician click the photos and told
me that he will sent proofs to whirpool India and issue will resolved in next 48 hours.
Since last thrusday regularly i calling to nearest service station and daily
they are saying that no response came from Whirpool India.
The refrigrator already covered in AMC its copy is attached with the mail.
As per my belief it is a manufacturing default from Whirlpool.
In this case they should change the whole unit.
Refrigerator is essential part of any family i hope no one can afford
the daily loss of milk and all other essential things.
Its creating a huge harassment in day to day life.
I request to the team please expedite the matter accordingly.
It is creating serious problems to the customer end. Brand is also
hampered due to these kind of service.

I purchased Whirlpool top load washing machine in February 2015 but the same is has fault from very beginning. In guarantee period many times service has been made by company but despite repeated requests they did not change the same ans ultimately in warranty period they charge fee morethan 400 but problem is there I got lots harrassment but still despite warranty period the machine is not working. My problem is not solve till date. It's very bsb washing machine and high cost. About 29000/-
