I bought an AC in September 2019 believing in the brand whirlpool.
I had spent 6 months at home and 6 months abroad for my job purpose, The exact time of one year and two months its stopped working and the technician(COC[protected]) checked and told me to replace the board and for this I has to pay Rs 9520 for outdoor unit and Rs 3570 for indoor unit.
in the present situation when I have to pay this much amount for the AC I used for only a few days which is miserable, I lose faith in the brand whirlpool not only because of this issue but also while i talking with the sales manager Mr Sarath (mob: [protected]),
therefore need to think about it from a customer's angle and take positive action.

    My customer id:[protected]. I have bought Whirlpool Refrigerator on emi from bajaj finance on 01-november-2020. Now i want to cancel the extended warranty of cpp asset care policy.

    My asset care policy number is 400BEWGJ574339, my emi will start from 02-december-2020 so do it fast. Please cancel cpp asset care policy.

      Not cooling for 3 months now. Purchased on 15/1/2019 from Madavana Electronics & Home Appliances, Cherai, Ph. [protected] vide Bill No. GST-A8824 . Contacted the dealers and Whirlpool Service without any results. This ias a government blood bank, attached to Government Hospital, Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala and belongs to the Most Essential Category. Functioning air conditioner is mandatory for retention of the license. Moreover the very valuable equipments like fully automatic and semi automatic ELISA readers will get damaged with high temperature. Kindly instruct your local service people to attend . We hope that you will not force us to go to the Government and Consumer Redressal Forum in this regard

      Because of the delay on the part of the service agency and the legal mandatory requirement to have an a/c lab for ELISA tests (under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act) we were forced to purchase an AMSTRAD Invertor a/c last week.
      Though the service agency agreed to discount the amount already paid over the phone in the email the original estimate of Rs. 6000/- has been repeated.
      If pushed to the wall we may have to claim compensation for the a/c we were forced to purchase because of the delay on the part of the authorised service agency.

      The repair is still pending for reasons best known to the service agencies. Every time we contact they are taking refuge under Covid 19. Unfortunately the blood bank has to function round the clock for 365 days.

          This is to inform you that I have been cheated by Whirlpool Services. My issue of gas charging has been coming from January and from than they are doing gas charging without doing proper diagnosis and has taken thousands of Rs by Invoice and non Invoice means and after intentionally looting me now they have informed me that there is internal leakage in the refrigerator and they will be providing me 25 percent discount in lieu of 1000 Rs+ my old machine will be kept and than I will be given 25 percent discount. Over a written mail by your team I have been told that the system will be taken for repair by giving wrong inducement.
          My contention is that whereas over all online platforms Whirlpool products are available at around 25-50 percent discount and for me I am getting at a cost of giving thousands of Rs to your service center+ 1000 and giving my appliance. If that offer was given to me at the very beginning I might have looked into it but due to deficient Services from your service center. I am unable to explore this option as well.

          I feel this is a deliberate attempt of cheating and criminal breach of trust. I am exploring the criminal liability and will forward the complaint accordingly. Whereas I am also filling a case in Consumer forum for rightful remedy.

          I am also forwarding all the required details to Social media and electronic media for consumer education purpose.

            I visited whirlpool wesbite and they have two inbuilt (important as these units are fitted by the company technician) winecoolers listed at different MRP. I got a qoute from their dealer - MRP of product matched MRP on website but product qouted for was not the same as product on website.

            I got delivery of product qouted for (after paying MRP as per whirlpool website of a diffeeent product. Product delivered in last few weeks was actually imported in 2018 hence over 2 years old.

            Product delivered MRP on package was different to product MRP on website.

              I have lodged a complain about my washing machine on 26th september, the authorised person came to check and said some part is damaged and we have to change it we said ok. Now it is 17th november and nothing has been done by there side, Few days back they told us to pay some money and they will replace the machine. We paid them the amount, still we did not receive our product. And our problem is not yet solved. It seems like we have lost our product and money too. #cheating

                Hi whirlpool team
                When I took the whirlpool fridge, I was given a voucher which mentions I am entitled for warranty till 2023 not 2022I have purchased a fridge in 2019 not 2018. Kindly don't just create false documents. But in the documents that you had shared with it shows warranty till 2022.I am attaching all the documents shared to me at that time this is not fair first looting money in the name of amc then reducing the warranty period.                   Asking 1450 for thermostat where as the same is available for less than half the price. The worst part is they don't tell you the cost before attending when you know the issue and ask for the estimate. They say it will be told by technician post visit. When he demands such huge cost and even though he did nothing we must pay 350 as service charge just for the visit. My suggestion would be not buy whirlpool products. LG products are better in quality and they tell you upfront the estimated cost when you call them and tell them the part that needs to be replaced.

                    I requested Sabharish home care to resolve the cooling issue on lower compartment of double door whirlpool refrigerator on 24/10/2020. The technician has come and installed Fan and sensor with new items and was received Rs 3550.

                    The very second day after replacing the parts, the same cooling issue recurred. We informed to Sabharish home care about the issue, but no one were attended till now.

                    Today (5/11/2020) still the issue yet to resolve.

                    We are loosing valuable time and money due to inefficient technicians, cheep quality spare parts.

                    I am attaching receipt for your reference.

                      Whirlpool after sale service is wrost. Customer service provided by them is misleading and they fraud to customers.
                      Today my fridge stopped giving cooling and hence I called customer support.
                      The technician from bedi enterprises visited to me and said that the fan of refrigerator got damaged because we have not installed stabilizer with it

                      He convinced us to buy the stabilzer worth rs 2500 and told to replace the damaged fan, it will cost 3000 and plus his visiting charge of rs 480. Total bill came to rs 5300 from which he gave discount after a lot of buzz. We paid total 4500 for fan, stabalizer and visiting charge .

                      Due to the curiosity I went to local technician and he examined the old fan and it was working fine. I was shocked to see it.
                      The technician did a fraud to us by telling that fan is damaged and need to be replace.
                      He also mislead us by convincing us to buy a stabalizer as well which was not required.

                      Whirlpool is fraud, it's customer service fraud. I need my amount back 4500 else now I will to consumer court.

                            The installation service for new split inverter AC is repeatedly making installation faults, more than 3 complaints already raised,
                            still the product not working properly (zero cooling)

                            Have been charged near 4000Rs, for installation to new product purchased this month, Every time the technicians demanding additional amount needed for install issue which was absolutely from their side.
                            The actual installation said was 999+tax,

                            The installation service done by "Sri Sastha Enterprises" in Chennai, Thoraipakkam, 600097 is like unauthorized, due to repeated problem we tried reaching service shop, but no shop existed like that in their billing name.

                            And also kind request to change authorized service, as we had planned of 3 new ACs for home and due to this worst installation service,
                            we had reverted to buy only 1, and 2 other from Daikin.

You should provide fear transaction to customer when we called to customer for service they had explained that customer has to pay 350+GST(18%) BUT YOUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER DOES NOT PROVIDED GST bill AND ABOUT GENUINE PARTS WHICH AVAILABLE ON AMAZON NEAR ABOUT with price 446, I will file RTI about things which bill provided by Service centre and parts which used in my refrigerator it's genuine or not because they given me without GST bill.I am sending copy of bill and parts rate which is differ from ur authorized leader

                                HELLO, I AM WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER. ON[protected] MY REFRIGERATORS WAS UNABLE TO COOL SO I RAISED A COMPLAINT ON THE SAME DAY. SO I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THEM AND TOLD THE ISSUE. THEN AFTER A DAY THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THAT WE TAKE SERVICE CHARGES 450/- AND SEPARATE PART AMOUNT. the service center is near to my house.
                                kindly take action on the Visakhapatnam whirlpool team.
                                I have whirlpool products in my house but on that, they dint took that much of amount 150/- they have charged .

                                    Technician is not visiting after multiple time service request

                                    I have bought a Whirlpool washing machine on 4th October, 2020 and I got delivered it in 09th October, 2020. The next day a technician visit for installation.                                     In trust of brand, I bought 2 air conditioner for my home in faith that whirlpool brand, venus outlet brand won't cheat me. But past few years, I continue to do expense as some time gas leakage, sometimes condenser, sometimes outdoor unit fan motor repaired.                                       The machine is in Warranty. The machine has been malfunctioning on account of various problems for the past year. Now, the water level of machine gets too high inspite of fixing a particular water level. The machine has been an absolute failure in its performance. Never buy whirlpool washing machine.
