I paid the amc our online using your whirlpoolindiastore.com dated on july 18th, 2020. Invoice no. Inv-43713 and order no. Amc-43713, the washing machine. Later that month i registered for the maintenance over the phone and received the service request number vij[protected]. The technician came home to check the machine and started complaining that we should first intimate the service center before we could take the amc online and he said that he won't do the service as requested. He refused and left.
After this we spoke to the customer support and explained the scenario, they raised another service request (Vij[protected]) this time the service center closed the issue as resolved without even paying a visit. And the same happened 2 more times, vij[protected] and vij[protected].
The service center is clearly reluctant about our service requests even after approaching the customer support multiple times. The service center has stated that we should first talk to them before paying online, if that is the case then why does whirlpool offer the online payment for the amc in the first place?
We need this to be addressed and wanted to escalate the issue as the technician and the service center staff are really harsh in answering our questions.
