I have purchased an 3 door refrigerator in april 19. Which stop working in sep 20. I made complaint on 3rd sep 2020. An enginer come and took money from me by showing gas problem bit it still not worked, then other engineer came and he said compressure is not working which is under warranty and now they are not taking this seriously as its under warranty. I have already paid 1850/- rs for gas filling which is due to compressur failure.
Third class product and worst service i had ever seen.
Never suggest to anybody for whirlpool product.
And whirlpool not having their own engineers they have third party engineers i suggest you not to call on whirlpool customer care call ur local engineer as they will do better than whirlpool engineers.
Ruined my time and money.

    We bought a Whirlpool 360 top loader about 5 years back from a dealer in Irinjnalakuda. A few days back it started making some noise and today it stopped working and started showing some error. So we rang up the dealer and reported the issue. The dealer sent a guy and he inspected the washing machine.

    He found that dirt has accumulated inside the machine and all over some machine parts. He said that we should have cleaned it ever 3 months or so with a powder that the service people showed us when they came to show us the "demo". We told him that no one who came to show us the "demo" ever told us this could happen and to use 'this kind' of powder to clean the machine.

    So this is my complaint: these service people withheld information from us. If they had warned us such a thing could happen or told us to use 'this kind of' powder to clean the washing machine every 3 months or so, this wouldn't have happened.

    Now, 5 years later we are stuck with an estimated cost of Rs.5500 for repair and service .

      Hi,

      I ordered an ac at amazon on 7th september 2019 and installation done on 12.09.2019.

      Since the installation done, i complained 4 times in customer care for the air conditioner issues and problems but it didn't solve and the one more complaint i did on last month for the same product problem (Sound issue and now it is cooling issue and f9 code) but i still there.

      Last complaint i didn't close for the same quality problem, but company technician closed the complaint itself and when i try to contact him he didn't response the call.

      The problems are continue since i bought this air conditioner.

      I want to change the product or amount refund back to resolve it.

      When I am getting refund or exchange??

      Yesterday technicians came and experienced F9 code error and other problems and they said we can't do anything, we are going to report in our office and then office will decide for it.

      I am repeating my problems once again below:

      I ordered an AC at amazon on 7th September 2019 and installation done

        Hi, my whirlpool fully automatic washing machine suddenly stopped working last week. I called customer care and they sent service engineer next day. After looking at machine, Service engineer he did machines control panel unit needs replacement and it will cost 4200/-. As there was no time otherwise I will have to pay him visiting charges hence I agree to change it. In addition he also charged me visiting charges Rs. 450/-. This is looting by Whirlpool as normally visiting charges are not applied if we take the services.
        I have two complaints here
        1. This is second time part being changed in last 4 years and there is no warranty. Also it's too costly.
        2. Why visiting charges are applied when I agree to change the part.

        Please help!!

          I have a whirlpool washing machine top load fully automatic bought 3 years back. The product is out of warranty and recently my spin tub was making noise. I raised a complaint to whirlpool service centre and they sent a representative to check and told me that tsp mechanism will be replaced which will be Rs 6500. He further told me that without plastics parts I should pay (Rs 5000) exclusive of visit charges if the same are found to be ok. When i asked him if i will get a proper bill he told me yes. I got the thing repaired but when I asked for the breakup he did not provided me the bill and told the parts are worth 5000 only. If a person is going for replacement with a brand it should give proper breakup’s of the parts I could see the Mrp on gear box which was 1500 only Rest 2 parts are metal only (Put on both sides of drum for support which should not be more than 500 Rs. The same thing i checked on Urban clap the price of whole mechanism was Rs 3900 (i.e Rs 2400 without plastic parts) I feel cheated

            I had purchased whirlpool a/c 1.5 tom from kannakandy fridge centre, perinthalmanna on 12 april 2009.in the year 2020 earlier in feb /march i had complained to kannankandy to send a service agent to check my a/c, its not cooling. The service agent came and told that the gas is leaking and need to be closed and refilled so as to reinstate cooling. He charged rs.3500/- and told if anything happens can call him. I called him after 4 days as it was not cooling, the agent told will come and see. Till date no one came and the condition of the air conditioner is the same. I request you to see what exactly is the problem and also to see that the service agents entrusted by the company are trustworthy

              The issue that i have experienced was: we are in annual maintainence contract. We have been trying to get our problem of candle replacement and leakage problem for whirlpool water filter. Repeatedly the bangalore agency i. E. Max serve solutions pvt ltd is giving pathetic service. First they say candle not in stock and then they are sending different technician and we have explain and start all over again with every new technician. Finally after calling whirlpool customer care gurgaon centre again and again and to my amazement they said complaint no doesn't exist in the database even though i have got a msg on phone after registering it.
              Again after going through whole process and requesting an escalation, finally a new complaint was lodged and gurgaon customer support informed the bangalore authorized centre who sent a technician who again says the particular part which is giving problem is not in stock. My question to them was simple, why are you charging rs 4599 as amc charges if you say part is not in stock...
              Iam still in shock as the local bangalore centre guy shivu was 100% rude and unprofessional and is saying our job is not searching for your previous complaints.
              This is the worst ever customer nightmare that could happen as they charge amc on time but still candle is not replaced and leakage problem not solved.
              The final result of all this is we are left with no water from purifier as it is still not working though we have paid amc on time.
              I want this escalated to the highest level in whirlpool for this kind of pathetic service and if not i want help from ombudsman as last resort before going to consumer court.
              Kindly help me.

              Send a technician and teach some basic courtesy and professionalism as the bangalore service centre i. E. Max serve solutions pvt ltd is quite incapable of handling your customer queries and whirlpool is loosing reputation as a brand due to these incompetent and pathetic service. On top of that this man shivu who claims to be a manager from max serve solutions pvt ltd is doing quite a unprofessional job and is rude over phone saying it is not his job to look into my previous complaints even after insisting that we have been trying to reach you people from may just for a candle replacement.

              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                  I have purchased fully automatic Washing Machine on dated 21.08.2020 but till date my complaint I.D.No. 2704039 .We have been suggested use only Company 's Branded product but after sale service .we don't find that company is Customer oriented as 17 days are passed but no parts are supplied as booked by the Company's authorized Service provider .

                  Please reopen the above complaint I.d.& fulfill the commitment as company is liable to provide very essential services after sale which are abide by company Rules & Regulation

                        Whirlpool authorized service center charged rs 5000 for replacement of gear box for top load washingmachine, when i check online which is much lesser. Also they have scratched and removed the mrp in the box.

                          I had bought a new whirlpool magicool inverter ac on 13 june 2020 and it worked around 2 months properly without any problem. but on 13 august 2020 when i switch on the ac it showed E6 error then immediately i called to your office and customer care and they said that they will rectify my problem within 24 hrs but your engineer came after 2 days due to some holiday and found pcb is not working and said sir i will come tomorrow with pcb but the truth is, your engineer came after 2 weeks with pcb and replaced the pcb and then he found dc of the compressor is not working . Then ur company said, you will replace the ac and its been 20 days, my problem is same and even they are not picking up my call now .In these hot summer me and my family have to sleep under the fan . I will not buy whirlpool product from now and suggest my close ones also not to buy their products because their service is very bad . I am highly disappointed from your service.

                              We'd called the whirlpool team for the cooling issues, they checked the things putted the gas and left. They provided us the warranty of 3 months for any type of cooling issues if happened due to any item/parts which is rectified in this service or gas filling. At the outset, cooling was started and the person informed that it will be regularize in 24 hour running cycle. We paid an amount of 3 or 4K approx and the service guy didn't provided the receipt.

                              We noticed that we're not getting the suffice cooling and understood that unit is old now but within 45 days, cooling stopped completely. We chase with the Whirlpool team for 10/12 days to visit then they told us that they'll again charge the visit fee and any additional gas if required, we agreed on that because we want to understand the root cause of the repeated cooling issue. When the other person came, they shown us a bend refrigerant pipes due to which the suffice flow was not reaching till indoor unit hence there was cooling issues. Also, as they charged the case in earlier service and due to pressure other leakages were took place in refrigerant pipe. They asked us to pay for extra refrigerant pipe & complete gas, we paid again 3k/4k and highlighted our concerns to Whirlpool team that we'd paid double amount due to Whirlpool's team negligence and second time payment should be reimburse to us but now they're not responding on my queries.

                                I have been complaining the same issue since last 20 days. The complaint for my refrigerators. Model no : fp 283d protton roy caviar black ; serial no: [protected].
                                Date of purchase : 5/11/2018
                                Complaint date: 11 aug 20
                                A service person was sent to my place john : [protected], whom i paid 3583. He visited 2 more times as the problem was not solved asking for more money which i didnt pay for obvious reasons.
                                Mr. Sunder : [protected], committed for a new fridge.
                                As, he siad there are problems in the 3droor fridge.
                                Apparently he is not responding to calls. Mr. Sunder provided with a delivery number of (Kamleshwari : [protected]) which is always switch off. Everyday i receive call for cc team, and they disconnect the call in without acknowledging the issue.

                                I need a refund of 3583, as your manager mr. Sunder said that the issue is with 3 door fridge.

                                In this pandemic scenario i have been managing without refrigerator from last 20 days.

                                Not appreciated at all

                                Irresponsible service team ever came across

                                During time of delivery i rejected the product thrice under quality check, still the asm of that time (Aditya : [protected]) assured on the quality. And now the product seems to be defective.

                                Hello Team Whirlpool,

                                I think there should be some budget allotted to your team for using the word "Commitment".
                                The reason being Whirlpool team without fail make commitment everyday and so are the consistent with failure in commitment.

                                Each single day I will receive a call from services team for delivery and without answering my questions they hung up on face.

                                I am attaching my call record (24 min of call) for today with Whirlpool HeadOffice Team Mr. Gaurav. The call was full of promises and "Commitment" and Apologies with a guaranteed solution in 15 Min. Also, according to Mr. Sunder today 1PM my refrigerator was to be delivered.

                                As, Whirlpool always make fake promises - Neither I revived call in 15 Min, nor did the Refrigerator got delivered at 1PM; May be my mistake in understanding the timing - Please confirm if it 1.00am delivery timing.

                                Long way to go Team!!!

                                    Bought an ac on 14th april which was delivered on 20th april 2019.. Used it for 2019 summer season..2020 summer clinic was closes due to lock down so started the ac on 24th august cooling was not there.. As it was out of warranty called a local ac guy to check.. He checked and showed me multiple small punctures in cooling coil of indoor unit due to which gas leaked.. He said for cooling coil you should call whirlpool service center as there is some quality issue because obviously within one season it wear off.. Called service center they tild me 550 charges for visit and 2600 additional for gas.. I agreed but they say only one month guarantee for leakage.. This mean they are not confident that the gas will stay there.. Feeling cheated with low quality product in just one little over one year a/c is of no use.. Reason they are giving is that due to sewer within one km this has happened this mean most of the people comes under this criteria and they must be spending around 6400 rs (3200×2 times gas charges) per season which is not the case as there are many people using a/c in my neibourhood and having abo[censored]ely no problem.. Its the manufacturing defect which they are covering up.. Kindly help asap.. Coz my clientage is hampering due to non fuctional ac in the clinic.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I purchased a refrigerator (Whirlpool 245 l frost free double door 2 star (2020) refrigerator) around 20 days back via flipkart.

                                      There was a water leakage issue (It's a frost-free, but a tray available below where the water accumulates and normally it should get evaporated, but that is not happening and water overflows) i requested a replacement on the 8th day and the guy came and he just poured the water in that tray and told us to wait for few more days) and they informed the whirlpool company that the problem was resolved. Again after 4 days the same issue happened and by that time my replacement date got over. (And i have neither received an sms or email that my replacement was rejected). For 1 week i tried to reach the customer care but the technician has not yet arrived. After 1 week technician came again and took the photos of the refrigerator and again no response from his end and service centre. That guy informed the whirlpool company that the issue was resolved. The third time i registered a complaint.

                                      Please let me know what can be done so that it gets repaired or replaced.

                                      I would appreciate it if i could get a replacement or refund. I purchased a few days back and i registered the complaint after 8 days of purchase i think.. Still the problem was not resolved. Twice technicians came, and nothing was done from their end. The service centre guy told me that it may be due to the climatic condition water leakage is happening.

                                      It would be better if i could get a refund other than replacement. Fed up with whirlpool service. All the service centre people are not considering the issue without even resolving they inform that the issue was fixed.

                                        I have purchased warranty extension of whirlpool ro, and after payment they said i will get warranty documents within 7 seven days. However it has been more than 1 months i have not received warranty extension documents. I have call several times and doing regular mail, but not getting documents.
