We have purchased a whirlpool top loading washing machine on 6-aug-2020 from amazon, product was delivered to us on 9-aug-2020. Installation request was raised on that day itself. But till now (On 12-aug-2020) we have not received any schedule for the installation of the washing machine. We have contacted amazon regarding the installation but no response....

I had purchased whirlpool washing machine from croma, ashram road branch, ahmedabad in november-2019. Machine was delivered after a month in december-2019. Machine was not running properly. After complaining again and again, company had sent inexperienced and inactive person for repairing. He opened whole machine twice but done totally unsatisfactory work. Due to lockdown period we haven't complained. But please solve the problem now otherwise...

I am writing to you in regards of the complaint I made for my microwave which is not working.
An executive Mr. Kishore Hinduja came on behalf of Magic technologies dwarka sec 8 and after inspection he told that some part wasn't working so microwave has to be send to service centre and it will take 3 days to fix the same. He assured that within 24hours someone will be coming to pick up and post 3 days it will be returned....

This is worst company if you talk about customer service. From past 3 weeks iam continously taking follow ups and calling them daily approx 4-5 times but every time there word is our technician will contact you in another 1 hour but as of now in 2 weeks i have not get any resolution...2 weeks ago technician came but that time there were power cut in my house i told him wait for another 10 mints but he denied and asked for 350 rs as service...

Compressor of my refrigerator was out of work last month, so i registered first complaint against it on 20/06/20 and after that I registered 3-4 more complaints against it but there is no response from Whirlpool company....

We complaed about that and one person came and gave us a slip and said for replacement but we haven't got any call or message from ur side। it's being 10days we are keep calling and calling but nobody is picking up call। kindly do the needful
