[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Whirlpool washing machine - frequent failure of pcb | |||
Am using fully automatic washing machine. The PCB has been changed twice so far. On 25/2/14- I have paid rs 3650 rs. On 25/11/15- paid rs 5000 as replacement charges. An again I am facing the same problem at present the replaced PCB is within the warranty period. It is understood that the life of the board is only 6 months and it invariably fails within the warranty period. Such poor quality! I am facing One of the worst customer service response. If the issue is not sorted out with in a day or 2. I am ready to take the issue consumer forum under the poor quality product service act. Awaiting for earliest action & revert.
