Whirlpool India — Why should I pay 350 rupees for visiting charge even when the product is in warranty

I had got my whirlpool washing Machine's dryer repaired two months agoand PAID SERVICE CHARGES + NEW MORTAR COST. The executive said the new mortar has a warranty of 3 months ( but never told me that i will have to pay for visiting charges after 1 month if my product malfunction) Now, again its dryer isn't working properly. So, I complained but they are saying I WILL HAVE TO PAY VISITING CHARGES AGAIN FOR THE VISIT OF ENGINEER EVEN THOUGH THE DRYER IS IN WARRANTY. Does it makes sense I had already paid service charge and other cost to get my dryer fixed and now I will have to pay 350 RUPEES FOR VISITING charges so that YOU CAN RECTIFY YOUR MISTAKES YOU HAD DONE WHILE REPAIRING, TO GET MY DRYER REPAIRED AGAIN ???. Kindly resolve this issue by sending your ENGINEER TO MY HOME ADDRESS WITHOUT VISITING CHARGES AND REPAIR MY DRYER. VISITING CHARGE ARE JUST A WAY TO LOOT MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. EXTREMELY UNHAPOY WITH WHIRLPOOL SERVICES. I WOULD BE BETTER IF I HAD GOT MY DRYER REPAIRED FROM LOCAL SHOP AS THEY WILL NOT CHARGE EXORBITANTLY HIGH CHARGES.
