But it stopped working on next week, from feb to today[protected] my replacement not completed . Every time they saying excuses and rejecting my complaints .
My ac unit has been taken by whirlpool team 3 months back and now i am getting no response from service end .
Helpline thinking customers as a joke and even dropping call .
6 months completed and i lost the patience and i need a reply from whirlpool or i will file a case and proceed it legally .
I need complete refund .

    We purchased the triple door refrigerator in the month of March this year and it started problem in the month of July. I registered the first complain to service the product on 19 th July 2022. But the problem is unresolved and two times the service engineer visited to us but couldn't resolve the issues.
    I have written many emails but none of you responded on that. Even I sent email to CEO Whirlpool, Another I'd Mr. Rajesh ji and one more Mr. Ankur Dubey. But none of them replied my emails. Even now whenever we are registering the complain it is automatically closing without visiting service engineer. I will never recommend such unprofessional company product to any one in my contact. Even I will disgrace your response with customer.

      I am Rohit Kumar from sonipat My new Whirlpool AC become faulty after first service in first year o[censored]sage. Been contacting from 3 months that my AC is not running fine, noisy and sometimes errors are coming and throw hot air. but they reverted out of ignorance that ac is running fine. They are doing jugad in every visit but same problem hasn't resolved permanently. One of their technician came without any helper and pushed the pipe from behind and indoor unit fall . I was under the AC and kept holding until he done doing whatever he was after 5 minutes . I was in total anger .but didn't do anything but reported to head office prabha rani and area manager dheeraj, Out of trust but they came out doing fake promises of responsibility. The airconditioner become a hectic since then. And they started to waste my time in every visit saying your AC is fine. Bcz they had to pay from own pocket as they dropped my ac. None of technician has ever bother to check ac inspite of 6, 7 complaint. Numerous emails Same response of emails. Now my AC is completely dead. I feel my Money is looted

        We have purchased Refrigerator from Whirlpool online No…. at Bangalore on 4th May 2019. After purchasing even after multiple calls, no installation was done by the company.
        During this period of 4th May 2019 on wards, the refrigerator was not working properly. After 6 months it went down again off not working property and after 2 days automatically started working. This happened in November.
        On Jan 2020 only freezer working, and other parts stopped functioning. Feb 2020 whole refrigerator stopped functioning- both freezer & refrigerator.
        On 10th March we called customer service [protected] and raised a complaint # BA[protected] registered with the mobile number [protected].After continuous efforts, customer care service engineer came on 17th May 2020 evening and repaired within 5 minutes and refrigerator started working.
        But the very next day morning of 18th May it stopped functioning again. Complaint was registered on 18th May and Service engineer ([protected]) called and told us if you give money, we will service the refrigerator.
        We lost the Trust with the Whirlpool company. We are in a difficult situation such a deliberate harmful response for mis-contact of the customer care service center of the company. Our money and time is lost. We don’t need this non-functioning refrigerator and ask you to take it from our premise and issue the refund.

          On our Fridge Whirlpool 240L Frost Free triple door refridgerator..

          This item got delivered on January 31st and got installed on February 1st
          there is a leakage on the door walls and the cool is coming out as vapours on the surface of the door

          Kindly please do the necessary steps to rectify this defect as early as possible

            Complain bas ye hai sir, aapki side se response sahi nahi hai..
            Pls rply only for these..
            1) kya fridge me 5 hour me water cold hoga properly and thn no need of mix of normal water in it..

            vegetable and sooji type items) 4..5 din me khraab ho jata hai..
            3) kya vegetable fruit box me paani bhar jana chahiye..

              We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Ajmal Bismi, Palarivattom on June 14, 2019. First, it had a complaint as the freezer suddenly stopped working. We contacted Bismi and they assigned a Whirlpool technician. The technician told we damaged the freezer and told it will have to be replaced. They replaced the freezer board on Feb 13, 2021 and it cost us Rs. 3600.

              Now the entire refrigerator stopped working and we again contacted Bismi. They assigned to a local service provider of Whirlpool named Solo Slash cooling Solutions, Thammanam and a technician named Eldhose came to our house and even before checking anything he told it has to be taken to the service centre and will cost around 4000. He told he will come next day to take it but he never came. We called him several times and the technician will not respond to us. We then called Customer service many times and a week later another technician came to our house. He could not find any damage and told it may be a small gas block. He then used his almost empty gas filler and just a small pressure released the block and it started working. He told to keep it turned on all night and see if it is working. We confirmed it is working and contacted the technician to tell the same. He came again the next day and aksed to pay Rs. 4000. When we asked about the reason for the high charge he had no answer. Then the first technician Eldhose called us and said the price was already told and will have to pay. When we argued about the charges he contacted the technician and is bargaining the price. They do not have a fixed price and charges are decided even before the inspection. It seems like their service is just a scam and is trying to fool the customers by charging unnecessarily. The behaviour of the first technician Eldhose is also unacceptable. Also, after the service there is a leak on the outer wire. It seems like the technician purposely damaged the wire.

              We will never ever buy a Whirlpool product and use their service. Also, no more purchase from Bismi as they also lacked a proper service and selling unusable products…

                We had purchased Whirlpool washing machine 360 bloomwash 11 kg, as the machine had some or the other issues since we had purchased it. Recently a Whirlpool service engineer suggested that we should go for annual maintenance and repair contract, which we purchased just to save our troubles. In July 2022 the machine stopped working and we raised the complaint. The Whirlpool service centre engineer evaluated and suggested that the PCB needs to be repaired and it would be covered in the AMC contract. After much follow up the Whirlpool guys called and said that the part is not available and hence replacement of washing machine is approved. Again after too many calls they said that same model is not available and hence lower model will be given (9 kg). Then the shocker came that for the replacement I have to pay 27000 rs .. what kind of fraud is this. If I have a contract that covers repairs and parts they why are forced to buy replacement. This cheating and looting customers. My complaint ID is MUM[protected]. I don't recommend to buy Whirlpool.

                  I purchased an AMC Plan (1-year Insurance) for my washing Machine on 28 July 2022. Whirlpool AMC Department (Executive Nitu) told us that we shared your AMC Docs (Insurance Papers) by mail within 7 working days.

                  But today 20 August 2022, They haven't shared any docs from me.

                  and after again & again calling, they did not connect with me and did not reply to my emails.

                  It's my request to the Indian Consumer Forum. Kindly, Solve my problem.

                    My refrigerator is not working and technian told me that compressor need to be changed. I bought this in 2020 and lost the bill. As it's mentioned the 10 years of warranty on compressor but service guy is not looking into this without issue and asking some money to make a duplicate bill. I asked him if you check the manufacturer date which is 2019 then also it's in warranty but he did not do anything and closed my service request PAT[protected].                           We have a problem with whirlpool refrigerator which is manufactured on 2014 and don't know the purchase date. The compressor/gas had been lost and one of the local mechanic came and checked it out and said that it costs around 9000. Actually, there is warranty of 10 years for compressor but We lost warranty card and bill card. I[censored] want I can provide the customer name, mobile no. And area of purchase so that it can be easy to u to fetch the warranty card digitally through your computers. It would be more appreciated I[censored] help with this.

                            I have been purchased Whirlpool washing machines stand from Whirlpool authorised service centre Sri Lakshmi service point in Puducherry. After 4 month the stand was bend and machine got highly vibrate during the spin cycle. Nobody come from Lakshmi service point after complaint several time. In concern, kindly take the nursery action/replacement of product as soon as possible.

                              Hello sir,
                              I took fridge whirlpool intellifresh 340 litre through 3A Electronics Agency Varanasi Cantt on 16 july 2022. After installation by your authorized dealer, I faced few problems like noise through compressor in my fridge and getting shock while touching the body of fridge. So, I complained regarding my problem to Whirlpool customer care. They sent a technician to survey my problem and he found the problem in my fridge. As my fridge was under warranty and replacement, so technician told us for replacement. My replacement product came on 8 August but we found numerous scratches over it's body and through its freezer foul smell was coming. That's why I contacted customer care to change this product again. He gave me number of my local Whirlpool service center operator namely Sonu Singh phone number. Today I went to his office to look for my replacement product, but we found it was the product I received last week. But when I told him so he started arguing with me and misbehaved with my wife. He even told us to get lost, is that the service you guys provide to us. We spent money for getting better product and your company say that if we have any problem we can get replacement within 15 days. So why we are suffering alot even paying our valuable money.
                              So it's my humble request to please consider my concern and take strict action against that person named Sonu Singh.

                                  We bought double door Whirlpool refrigerator from Shop near to my location but 1-2 day after bought it producing too much noise and little bit current supply in body then i complaint on Whirlpool customer service then one of your mechanic came and he start for replacement. Then after 1 week
                                  My replacement product reached at my home and after unboxing it we found multiple scratches on the front door and when we open the door then foul smell come from inside and on backside we saw multiple scratches on the part of compressor it seems to be some open it. So, it appears to be old one so we again complained Whirlpool customer care service they told me that your replaced refrigerator will come within 7 days the representatives of Whirlpool at paharia varanasi told us that we have been to pay fare for sending refrigerator at my home, we agreed for it. But in second time we go to Whirlpool workshop to saw replaced refrigerator, then we saw they showed us sme refrigerator as showed earlier just after removing lamination. We told them the present scenario then the representatives became aggressive on us and told us that you all are alien, bloody get out, while this rude behaviour my wife is also present at service centre. Such a rude behaviour is not acceptable, the Whirlpool is just because of all Whirlpool customer. I know that this type of mentality is not by Whirlpool. It's just the ego/thinking of one of your employee (highest post). One call recieved by me yesterday from your side he asked me for proof, this is like injustice for not only me but it's for all customer of Whirlpool. I request higher official to take a strict action against him and please let me know what action is taken against him. This type of rude behaviour against lady is not acceptable.

                                    We purchased Whirlpool multi door refrigerator from Amazon in October'21. From the first week of purchase this refrigerator is giving us problems. Even at the lowest setting, it does excessive cooling. Layer of ice forms on milk and water and all the vegetables get spoiled.

                                    We raised a complaint and the techinician came and he replaced the thermostat. This happended twice last year. Now again, we started facing the same issue and we raised complaint. In the last month we have raised 5 complaints, and thermostat has been replaced 3 times. But, it didn't solve the issue.

                                    We asked to replace the refrigerator because it can't be that the thermostat gets damaged in just few days. There is some other issue in the product which they are not able to diagnose.

                                    In our last complaint, we explicitly mentioned that we want it replaced and customer care agent told that they would do that. But again they raised same service request, and the techinician came and closed the ticket without even informing us. On calling customer care again, they don't provide any immediate solution and raise the service request again.

                                    We are stuck here completely with no resolution from Whirlpool. In summers, in north India, we are stuck with this faulty product.
