I am very upset and frustrated . The Whirlpool India company is playing with me from past 1 year without fixing my issue.
I had complaint two three times regarding my washing machine issue. I have a top 360 degree bloom wash pro fully automatic washing machine . I had a 3 years warranty of my machine and now warranty period is over but not due to me, but due to the technicians wrong diagnosis and advices.
My issue is that there is a voltage fluctuation error showing in my machine. I raised a complaint . the technician come and told me that your home voltage is not good.
After that i asked to a electric technician to check the voltage issue in my home. But voltage is fine and it is in between 220 volt to 240 volt.
Again i raised a complaint and asked to fixed this because the voltage is fine. Some one came and asked me to buy a stabilizer but the washing machine did not work till now.
No one, fixed it till now. please help me i belong to a middle class family. I have spent 25000 rupees in this washing machine.
please help me to fixed this issue as soon as possible or else ask the company to change my washing machine as soon as possible.

I have the same voltage fluctuations issue with my fully automatic top loaded washing machine however there is no problem of voltage.
I have approach to many times to company still issue is not resolved.
