I purchased wildcraft maestro bag from wildcraft store kamla nagar delhi. I had submitted my bag thrice for stiching issue and last time my bag's shoulder strap was coming out then store told me that your fabric was changed but i can clearly see that fabric wasn't changed. After 10 days of repair shoulder strap is coming out. And it will completely come out after a few day. I want my bag to be replaced this time. I told to replace my bag to store but he denied.
