It has been over six months since i gave my backpack for service to repair its fabrics, which got torn in an accident. Till now i haven't got my bag back and the store keeper always provides the same answer that the bag hasn't arrived yet. Now the store is closed and any means of contact to them is blocked. I have lost my warranty card since i lost i told to check my buying details in the system .But they are not checking .
