I would like to complaint about the poor quality of the bag that i bought on 5 june 2016. The bag's cloth is of such a poor quality that it is tearing from multiple places and has various holes in it. I visited the company service center and the also contacted the customer care and both of them stated that this is not covered under their warranty and only quality is covered. I would like to state that this too is a quality issue since the cloth of the bag is too weak. The company claims it to be wear and tear but the bag is torn from locations where wear and tear is not possible. This is a negligence on the companies end while passing the product for quality. I would like the company to replace my product since it is not in the condition to be repaired and i would like the company to take immediate action on this case as i have already been behind this for over a month.

Wildcraft India Customer Care's response Wildcraft Warranty covers all manufacturing defects on zippers, runners, buckles & stitching issues caused by workmanship errors.
Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of God such as floods, fires or earthquakes.
However, as Goodwill, we would be willing to get your repair request with reference to pics attached herewith, processed at Free of Cost.
