Willora — wrong & cheap product & had fraud my account rs. 12214/-

On dated 9th may 2019 i have received my order from willora website. But i had got wrong product.
So i have sent mail on care. [protected]@gmail.com on the same day for returning this order but still no any reply from them.
Yesterday on dated 11th may 2019 i got willora customer care number [protected], [protected] from google. Then i have called to this number, i told to him about my order. He asked me order number then i told the order number wlr[protected]. After that he said me, i will send you one message so this message you forward to another number which is [protected] for returning your payment on your account. So as he said we sent this sms after that he told me have some problem in account for sending money, you told me another account for sending. So my husband called to him & did same procedure which was i followed. After some time we check out account and our account balance was zero from my federal bank account debited rs.734 and my husband account rs. 11480/ debited from sbi bank.
So please do the inquiry about this. And do the needful.
