Hi,

This complaint is against Wings Radio Cab pune. on 18th July I had to leave for aurangabaad from pune.My bus was at 11:45 PM from chandan nagar. I booked a wings radio cab from hadapsar to chandan nagar for 10:30 PM as it was very diffucult to get an auto in night.
They confirmed the booking and gave me RPN no.2548201.
I waited till 10: 45 and they didn't send any cab for me. I called them again and they told me that cab will be there at within 10 min at my home.
But again they didn't send me any cab. I waited for next 2o mins and called them again. this time no answer from their side. operator was saying that "All the representatives are busy with another call please call again.".

I was helpless this time as my home is far away from home and in heavy rain i couldn't get any auto.

I missed my bus and missed my urgent work..

    The cab booking is confirmed by the call center guys but no message regarding the driver and cab details is ever received as claimed by Wings.
    Cabs are not on time and are cancelled at the eleventh hour without prior notice.

    They are cheating the customers by promising cab booking and cancelling them without any prior notice causing great problems for the consumer.

    Demand a written apology from Wings and the losses incurred due to pathetic attitude and ignorance towards the customers.

      I had booked a cab on 11 May 2013 at 3.45 p.m to Lakshmi Road, Pune from Vishal nagar, wakad, pune. I had received a confirmation sms stating RPN 2144197, but didn't receive any driver name or number till 4.30 p.m. Even after continuous call from 4 p.m to wings radio cab ( which was not attended), I have not got any confirmation about the cab. At 4.45 p.m my call was answered by wings radio cab telling that there is a delay in arrival of my cab ( which they didnt inform on their own). Then I received the driver's name and number.

        I requested for a cab at Fergusson College main gate and it reached pretty soon than I expected which was really good and impressive.

        But later on the bad experience started.

        Due to miscommunication in between the person who took my request and the driver, driver went to other gate of Fergusson College and started screaming that I gave him the wrong address.

        I had booked the cab from Fergusson Main gate to Salunkhe Vihar road via Phursungi.

        The driver was very loud and rude at the first place, but it was an emegency for us so couldn't cancel it.

        We left from there after 15 mins drama by the driver and on the way he was constantly talking to his friends on the phone while driving (which actually is a crime) with loud voice and driving very rash.

        He almost bashed in to auto and then got in to fight with autorikshaw driver and started abusing him inspite of having two female friends of mine sitting with me in the cab.

        In fact the auto driver said that he is letting him go because he don't wanna trouble his customers.

        Later on he was again driving rash and tried to scare another car buy overtaking him and applying immediate brakes just to scare him off and again started abusing the person driving that car and almost got in to fight again.

        And yes he did not stop there, we entered a military cantonment area where I paid 15rs for for entry and when a cop stopped our car to check for the challan, after showing him that challan he again started shouting to cop that "Are you happy now, this is what you guys do to take money out of pocket from us" when it was actually unnecessary to do while having customers in the cab.

        Kept starring at us through the rear view mirror and when I had to finally told him that I will have to take action if he doesn't sit quietly and drives the car or else I will be making sure he losses his driving license and face a court inquiry then he stared driving calmly.

        This was really a pathetic experience that too after not going for any other cab service and specially requesting for a WINGS.

        Wings Radio Cabs vehicle num,ber - MH 12 -- 2585 was found driving rashly on 1st Feb 2013 on University road, Pune. Honking unnecessarily and continuosuly, making people literally jump off because of the loud horn and overtaking very closely with other vehicles on many occasions.

          Hi All,
          I'm Karthik from pune , For past one month Wings Radio Cab is not going good . They are cheating the public . While booking they say that the charge is " first 3 kms is 50 rs and after that 16 rs for each kms in day time ". But after the travel they are billing high amount like " first 3 kms 62rs and then 20 for each kms" . This is not reliable for public . And one more the driver itself not knowing the address and right nad short route for desination .
          " Public pls be aware of Wings Radio Cab , pune".

            Had booked a cab yesterday from MG Road to Kharadi at 10:00 p.m. Wanted my mother (60 years old pancreatitis patient), my child ( 2 years old) and myself to reach home safely.

            I waited till 10:25 and then called. After several tries I got connected. On asking on the delay, I was told “Due to shortage of cabs, cab is delayed. A cab shall reach you in 10 minutes.”
            With the assurance given to me I waited. At 10:28 I get an sms from Wings Cab that the cab has been cancelled as per customer’s request.

            RIDICULOUS. I was left stranded in MG road, Pune with old mother and a small kid. This is so damn unprofessional and leaves me with a firm belief not be rely on Wings Cab anytime again in my life andc let people also know about it.

            When I tried calling back, I couldn’t get through any of the representatives even after calling multiple times.

              Ref No - 4209 Dt 03/06/2011 Rep Time :11.30

              Cab didnt reached at scheduled time.Moreover the customer care people didn`t help in anyway neither they were aware when would i receive details of driver and also refused for another cab arrangment.
              This is the terrible experience and very embarrassing.I and my family waited for the cab for more than hour and at last gone for cool cab.
              Customer care ppl then also started avoiding the calls (probably i calld them more thn 8 times).Worst experience and end up paying more thn 1000 bucks.
              Will never use Wings again and will never recommend to any one also.

                I booked to radio cab from my home to Pune railway station, I took my guest to station where i found the total distance to be 7 km and as it was said to me the first 3 km will cost me Rs 62.5 and each additional km will cost me Rs 20.
                When I reached station one driver asked the exact fare and one whose details are imitaz shaikh mobile no [protected] asked for Rs 180, when I asked the explanation he said me that my meter shows the same, when I was trying to call the wings customer care the tried restricting me, but I called I asked the customer care executive , he confirmed the total to Rs 142.5, the he talked to the driver, and disconnected the call, the again the driver asked for the Rs 180 as fare , then once again I called the customer care and same thing happened.
                Now the driver started shouting on me and said , he can blacklist me and I will never a cab from his company and he also threatened me and said he will see me.
                Then i went to depart my relative and when I came back home, I again called wings cab call center, this time I was surprised as they said that there was no booking on my name and left me helpless.
                I have all the messages stored in mobile that the company sent me having reference no and all the driver's details, and as a proof i also have all call details with the duration stored in mobile with exact timing.
                I am not worried about the money and all the pain that I suffered, I am worried about the service this company provide. So I want to report a complain and want to know what is outcome of this kind of misbehavior.
                I would like to hear something on this matter from your side, and please do something.

                  I had booked a Wings Radio cab on 21 march'11 with Refernce Number 194853 for 9:45 am.
                  I didnt get it till 10:00 am.I called the wings helpdesk to enquire but they asked me to wait for 10-15 min more.
                  I asked them to connect me to their supervisor,but after waiting on for 15 min on call ,i didn't get any response from them.
                  I didn't get the cab after waiting for 30 mins too.
                  I got late for my meeting which resulted in my financial loss.
                  Such a irresponsible act is non tolerable, and some action should be taken against them.

                  wings radio cab is having worst cab service i have seen...

                  today[protected] we have booked a cab from pune station to balewadi and cab's reporting time was 8:15 but cab dosen't come till 9. and nobody was taking phone on customer care and also if some one picksup the phone they will make you on hold and also cut the phone suddenly.

                  at 9 we catch the another cab of wings radio cab which was not booked by us but some one else and had cancelled, but again the cab was not good and after running for 5 min. it stopped.. again driver has told us that another cab is comming in 10 min. and after 30 mins.. mechanic come !!! insted of another cab !!! this is ridiculous..

                  they are also cahrging you watining charges 1rs./ minute but if they are late then they are not giving any compantation...

                  i have make up my mind to never use wings radio cab., ... :( :(
                  I booked wings cab for 3:45 PM on 24th Dec and the reference no was also generated RAM 99980 but I did not received any drive detais. I tried to call Wing cab for many times starting from 4PM but there was no response might be due to congestion. Due to this I missed my flight. Very bad service from Wings Cab.
                  Wings should apologize me for this.
                  We have booked a cab on 23rd Oct for the next day i.e. 24/10 at 10:30am which is a dussehra for one of our customer . We have given complete details i.e. pickup and drop. A complete 8 hours package of Rs. 1000/- was booked. Also we have informed our customer about this and also shared their no. with the booking person. As per their process, we suppose that the SMS of confirmation to be received by our customer.

                  But for our surprise, the Driver does not go as per the schedule and we have to arrange our own vehicle after 12pm. It was a real awkward situation for us as our office is closed, our customers are waiting for the cab on road, continuously making calls to us and asking for the feedback. We are trying your landline numbers continuously to know what is to be done and nobody was picking up the phones.

                  We have hired their cab for more than 4-5 times to visit our site when our vehicles are not available. This is the first time when we asked the cab to directly visit our customer' place instead of our office at Sadashiv peth. But that doesnot work as per our expectation.

                  We are expecting for atleast a call / mail after a complete investigation irresponsible behaviour of the whole team
                  As I booked a cab on 22-Nov-12 11 PM from Mantra Majestica, Kale Padal Road, Sasane Nagar Pune to Pune Railway Station and ref no RWR1631444, required on 23-Nov-12 @ 9:30 AM.

                  I don’t get any sms for stating driver contact number. So I called customer care at 9:05 AM but hearing “All Representatives busy”. In last I able to contact them @ 9:15 AM.
                  I shocked to hear that there is no cab is available at the moment, when I told that I have already booked the cab yesterday and Ref RWR1631444 then he told that System is not working
                  So enable to see the your booking but by the way not able to provide the cab because o[censored]navailability and sorry for that.

                  Here I book this cab because I am not able take my family to station due some office work and I was in the impression that cab will come on on 23-Nov-12 @ 9:30 AM. That my luck I enquired
                  It to customer care 10-15 minutes back otherwise my family train got missed.

                  Who would be the responsible this type of services. If we sometime late, you will charge the late payment, what would be in my case then ?

                  As per this bitter experience today will not suggest any of my colleagues and friends to take wings services. Otherwise any disaster might be happened any time like me.

                    This is lieu o[censored]nprofessional services and totally wrong behavior of Wings Radio Cabs Pune. I booked a Cab almost 24 hours before the said departure from my home to Pune Railway station, where in I cleraly mentioned the reporting time, date, specification of vehicle and the exact address to pick up, which was confirmed by them. I can provide you the refernce number of this booking.
                    Here are the greviances:
                    1. Driver din't report at the time, was almost half hour late.
                    2. The address was not passed to the driver, which I already provided to Wings Desk, for which he was not aware. (Before this also I have booked cab from them , and my address is very well there in their Database)
                    3. I asked for "Maruti Echo" which was confirmed by the Wings desk, that this particular vehicle will be availbale and is marked on the booking (we were 4 people travelling with luggage), driver came with TATA INDICA, with not much spcae for luggage.
                    4. When asked the driver why he came late and with Tata Indica, he said you better ask Wings desk (at 11 th hour that too when your trip is scheduled, do we have time??). Even as we were ready to put our luggage, he was very impolite and harsh saying ..."Le Daal..." probably this is the best these guys can speak.
                    5. Driver was totally drunk, and started abusing. He was too abusive calling us people from UP, Bihar, as we couldn't speak Marathi, we know Hindi, English, German, French (do we need to know all the languagages)
                    7. I immediately cancelled this and asked the driver that now we don't want this service, and will pick up a rickshaw, for which he said you need to pay minium fares, for which we denied as he never reported on time, he started abusing in a very wrong way, half the things I can't understand as he was sepaking in Marathi.
                    6. When contacted with one of the proprieter of Wings, Mr. Arun, his answer was plain, I will look into this...after 2 days I enquired, he din't remeber the case.

                    Such unprofessional, unethical and too much biasing on where you are from that too for the services I am paying for, is questionable and not acceptable.

                    Anyway just wanted to share unprofessional and wrong behavior of Wings Radio Cabs, Pune.

                      I have been travelling by this cab from last 4 weeks. They are very poor in service -
                      1. The time for which they commit never come out at that time.
                      2. Drivers are also not properly educated.
                      3. Many times the call center employees take wrong information
                      4. Meter shows different reading for same KM.
                      5. There is no way you can talk to their manager.

                      Due to these all problem I never recommend this cab to anybody. Its better if any opponent comes in front of them then and only then they will learn that how to treat the customer.

                      Really Wings Radio cab is very very irresponsible. It happened twice with me that they have promised to come and didnt come. Once I had to take my baby to hospital and they didn't show up. It was really frustrating.

                      I would suggest nobody to go for this cab.
                      I use radio cab everyday. Everytime its a different story, sometimes the taxi does not come at all sometimes the taxi driver picks someone else instead of me. I have never seen such horrible services by any other vendors.

                      Since i am travelling from past 5 months in Radio cab everyday i think i have faced almost all possible problems-

                      -Major problem lies with callcentre, where people does not enter proper information
                      -Cab not in time or does not come at all
                      -Meter shows different reading for same distance
                      -2 cabs comes at the same time

                      Is there anybody who is looking into this?
                      Same experience.

                      -Very irresponsible.
                      -No ethics

                      It seems, Anthey recruited such kind of driversd these are betraying their own company.

                      The driver was driving with one hand throughout. He was continuously talking on his mobile and it was all personal and not related to his duty.

                      And from the conversation, I can make out that he is cheating his company. He is making a deal with someone else for Lonavala trip using that cab. He also sent sms to them as if Wings has sent. (WINGS --- look out--- u may reduce to bankruptcy )

                      (I still have the sms with the driver and cab details )

                      -- Though the sms sent to me shows my detail course of trip, he denies it and says he has not been told about that and does drama on mobile for sometime
                      -- Does not give bill

                      Thank God, some competitor has entered Pune. Hope they have standards

                      My Scenario:

                      Yesterday I requested a Wings cab at 7 PM & booked time 12 O'clock in the same night from Rly Station to Chanda nagar,

                      But I waited around 30 minute, & called around 100 times to wings office, but all time the number was busy. After long time one person picked up the phone and told me, the driver call you with in 5 minute, but no one called me.

                      Again I called after 15 minute; the person told me the system is very slow, so It will take more 30 minute. Finally I booked a risk and came to my room.

                      So please think, suppose a medical case happened in this situation, so what can you do at night time?

                      So I requested to all pune people for your safety proposes don’t trust the wings cab. It’s my own experienced.

                      I had booked a cab to go from Kothrud to Hinjewadi. Reporting time was 10:00 am, I got SMS of Driver details then i waited till 10:30am i gave call to Driver and he said i am at airport. I gave a call on[protected] and they said that Cab is punctured and we will send another CAB. No SMS till 10:50am. Again i gave call on 40100100, they kept me waited many times while talking and total call period was 4:35 min. Now i got new SMS and lastly CAB came at 11:16am on sharp time...:)
                      I am travelling with WINGS from last 8 weeks now, initially the service was good. however after few days i have started facing the same problems. frequently they started sending the SMS saying your cab will be delayed by 45 mins, today i have booked cab for 6.45pm, but not received any sms till 6.40 so i called their call center, there he said you will receive driver details in 5 mins and driver will be on time. after 10 mins i got sms saying your cab will be delayed by 30 mins and now it is 8pm and i am still in my office, till now i have not received any call or sms from them.
                      they are so irresponsible, pathetic cab service.
                      Wings Radio Cab is very very irresponsible. I have told wings people that I wont pay them due to delay in their part. If there is delay from our side they dont hesitate to charge the waiting time.
                      Wings Radio Cab Pune is run by bunch of fools who have no sense of responsibility and professionalism...

                      Booking reps dont even know how to speak...

                      I have been asking for the wings cab service daily, since last 6 months & nearly 30% time I had to use autoriksha ! The problems are :
                      1. Daily 15 / 20 minutes are wasted to contact booking persons . ( Today the phone is not reachable !)
                      2. Till today the no. of times cab came in time is only 10%. Sometimes, though booking is confirmed cab did not come at all !
                      3. As a daily traveler, I know exact ditance & very few drivers tell proper charges !
                      4. To avoid pollution I use the cab but many times 'a.c. is not working '!
                      5. There is no responsible person to note your complaints !
                      So pl. note " never rely on wings if you want to reach airport or attend any meeting in time".

                      I had booked by Wings Cab last night at 11:30. First they didn't send me the message regarding the driver details and phone number. The driver took me from the long route instead of the shorter one. I was going from Air port to Pimple Saudagar. He took me from University instead of khadki-Aundh route.                       Take matter in your own hands. Use Taxeeta app (on Android), and look for cabs in your vicinity. Contact them directly in a matter of minutes.
                      Wings Radio cab has a pathetic service as they are never able to show up on time even if the cab is booked well in advance (4 hrs before). I had started calling Wings radio cab everyday for going to office at 9.15 am. I had to call the cab because public transport is pathetic in Pune, and getting an auto is also difficult at that time from my area (Karvenagar). But I have found that each and everyday I had to call wings cab 15 mins before pick up time to hear that they do not have cab for another 40 minutes/1 hr/ 30 mins and that is the issue everyday. For them everyday I was getting late at office and they will ask me to keep buffer time for pick up. But if I book the cab too early and come even after 5 mins of scheduled pick up they will charge me for waiting charges but when they got late each and every day they are not ready to take a single penny lesser for their fault. They blindly say that they cannot give such service where customer will pay less due to the fault of the cab which always comes late. They never mention that they do not have cab at the time of booking but each and everyday the same problem keeps repeating. They have the worst and the most pathetic service. This should be addressed to immediately. This has happened even today i, e. 07.10.2013 where I was not provided a cab at 9.15 am from Karvenagar to Mehendale Garage and customer support said that they do not have any cab now and they can provide a cab 40 mins later and even after 50 mins of schedule pick up also there was no sms from wings cab for cab and driver details.
                      Do not opt for wings cab. Their drivers are pathetic. They eat tambacco while driving and very rude to the customers. I doubt, whether wings provide any trainings to their drivers.

                      This is to bring to your notice the unprofessional behavior that has been shown by your staff since the past few months.
                      I booked two cabs yesterday (3 Nov 2013) with pick up from Pimple Saudagar at 5:30 PM and drop at 1) Swar gate bus stop and 2) Pune railway station. I was told both my bookings are confirmed and that the cabs will reach the pickup destination on time.
                      At 5:20 PM, I get a call from Wings saying that the cab to Pune station will take another 25 mins to reach and that I should "look for another alternative" to reach my destination. With just 10 mins left for my scheduled pickup, HOW do you expect me to arrange for an alternative? Especially with yesterday being Diwali day!!
                      And to make matters worse, when I enquire about my other booking to Swar gate bus stop, I'm told that no cab has been booked for Swar Gate!!! When in the morning I got 2 smses, on both the numbers I had provided for the bookings confirming the same!
                      I have already had this "no show" experience in the past, and had warned the call center executive about it while making the booking. I had assumed you would have learnt from your past mistakes but...
                      I really think you should do a reality check and try to rectify all the inconvenience you are causing to passengers.
                      As for me, I'm NEVER ever going to avail your services anymore and will also warn all my friends against the same.

                      Today (3rd Jun 2014) we booked for 2 cabs from Kothrud Depo to Seasons Mall, Magarpatta, Pune. We called at 11.15 AM and asked for 2 cabs to report by 11:45 AM.

                      Surprisingly and till 12:30 no cab was booked by them. We called 10 times and finally one cab came by 12:45 PM and 2nd by 1:15 PM

                      This is poorest of poor service by Wings Radio Cabs. We had heard of its good service before but this was most disappointing experience.

                      Won't use Wings Radio Cab again. With such service people will surely miss their exams, trains, flights, interview, etc.

                      People at Wings Cab seem to be very unprofessional and irresponsible. I wanted to reach the Visa office on time for my visa related work. I was informed I would receive the driver's phone number 30 minutes before the journey. I did not receive any such information. I was already getting late. They didn't even bother to call me. I had to call them 4-5 times and yell at them. At one point, they also had the nerves to tell me to arrange for an alternate transport facility. I was mad at them to the core.

                      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WINGS RADIO CAB SERVICE!!! i booked a cab 1 day prior to catch a train on the next day... I specifically told them while booking not to be late as i have a train... Also specified this coz last time they were 1 hr late... Same this time... They messaged me 1/2 hr prior that the cab would be 1/2 hr late... Wen i called again, a lady answered but was out of words, literally didn't speak anything... I literally said am i an to speak alone on the phone, still no answer, i had to cut and call again... 2 nd time again a lady answered and started apologizing, wen i said i wished to complain and speak to their executive, they said executive was not there... I said to give me a call back from the executive and to provide me a cab anyhow as they had put me in trouble at the last moment... I had no option to rush from pimpri to pune station, with heavy traffic... These people charge 100 rupees for cancellation n waiting charges seperate... But when their time come to serve they just give up irresponsibily... NO APOLOGY, NO OTHER ARRANGEMENTS, AND NO EXECUTIVE OR ANYONE TO LISTEN TO COMPLAINTS!!! Most irresponsible service... I[censored] have an important place to be, guys, don't rely on wings radio cabs... U'll surely b late or miss it!!! N my ratings is nog even zero, its in MINUS..!!!
