Hi - I have placed order with Winni.in twice. They mention that they will make the delivery on time and the promised date. They twice did not deliver the product and if you call them for details they just say that it is with the courier and we cannot do anything. They refuse to cancel and refuse to refund the money. They promised Rakhi delivery by 20th and now they tell that it can’t be delivered before 23rd. Post Rakhi what will one do with the rakhis. I tried to talk to them and they said we cannot do anything about it. Can you guys please help. Initially they promise a date and they delivered after 1 month and even now they are not taking any action. Please help
