Hi Team,
I have initiated a PF transfer from Wipro to my previous organisation (Crown Solutions) PF account a couple of years back. It looks like the amount got transferred but I didn't receive Annexure K for it. As Wipro PF is managed by trust annexure K is required by the PF office to transfer the amount from this PF account to another PF account.
I did not notice it earlier. So, I kindly request you to provide an annexure K. Here I have attached the old PF transfer request for reference.

Wipro customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is with regard to the above complaint.
I have not received any communication from Wipro customer service on this front.
Kindly request you to help follow up on this. This PF amount is important to me and is held up for a while now.
