Hi, Myself Ashwin Dhoke is having Joining date 6th July 2022 and is changed to 7th September 2022, without informing me. I have got an email with subject line as - ADDENDUM LETTER FOR DOJ CHANGE.
I am trying to follow up with HR, but unable to reach them. I am ready to join Wipro on 6th July itself as I am getting released from my current organization on 30th June.

      My relative got offer from wipro .
      they postponed the doj for 1 month to 7th July 2022. Today again sent another addendum letter saying joining is postponed to 7/9/2022.
      She has rejected other offers to join wipro and also rejected the retention offer from previous company . She is now left with no offer and has many financial dependencies.
      I never thought of this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism by such a reputed organisation like Wipro.
      HR's are clueless on what is happening.
      I must say you are downgrading your value by making employees suffer.
      By reading this forum came to know that it's not for one many of resources are in same situation.

      Wipro should give a compensation for all those and resolve this issue soon.

                  This complaint against one month salary pending from Wipro. My employee ID 20331207 my role was Technical Lead at Wipro.

                  My last working day at Wipro was on[protected] in my full and final settlement March 2022 my salary has not been included I have raised tickets to resolve this issue in their Alumni Wipro portal and sent emails full and final settlement team no response from them.

                  Company has sent me March month my salary slip and reliving letter but my salary is pending from Wipro.

                  Please help to resolve this issue as soon possible.

                                    I have not received any mail from wipro team which consists embark login details for documents verification process. Also haven't received any mail regarding documents verification which consists link for the verification.And that's why I couldn't able to do the verification process.

                                    I am requesting to the whole team to solve my issue as soon as possible. And send me the required details for login.
