[Resolved] Wish Net — blocking ports/ strict nat asking extra charges | |||
I am using wishnet for more than 2.5years recently i am facing some problem with strict nat and blocked ports which happened recently after they changed my ip address. When i tried to contact the customer care regarding this matter they didn't helped a bit and asked me to pay extra charges. This is ridiculous, no other broadband is having this problem. If this goes on further i will be forced to seek help for consumer court. Because wishnet is blocked the ports by themselves and asking for more. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 25, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I was contacted by an executive and after waiting a few hours he called me back and noticed me that the problem was solve, I checked it saw that I was not facing the problem anymore. I also got email notifying me about the service provided. Still I would say this should have been taken care of the first day and most of the executive in costumer care have limited knowledge about what they have to do and what the problem the customer is facing which leads to a hectic situation for the customer. Wish Net customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I got contacted by wishnet executive at last they fixed my issue . Let's see how long it stays ok. Thanks for the fix.
