[Resolved] Wish Net — strict nat / port blocked and asking extra charges.

I am using Wishnet for more than 4 years. I mostly play games and do surfing that's all. But recently I found out that most of the games I play give me a strict nat warning. After a bit of doing google, I found out I need to port forward some specific ports. Now Wishnet has blocked all those ports. It's really a problem because I can't join multiplayer sessions with my friends.

I've tried contacting Wishnet Customer Care they straightway told me to contact my cable operator for this issue because I need to pay for each n every port I want to open as an additional charge. I'm paying Rs 940+ for my present plan and I have to pay more to open some ports? Why? Because they blocked it? This is totally unjustified.

I will take appropriate steps according to law because it's Wishnet fault they have blocked it and asking for extra money to open it.

My problem is solved finally. Wishnet Support contacted me and my NAT is open now. No extra charges were taken for this work. Thank You Wishnet.
