[Resolved]  Wish Net — terrible quality of connection & ping loss

I have a wishnet connection since the last 5 years and i have faced no major issues until now.

Ever since the cyclone came, amphan, the internet connection has become worse and i'm facing extremely high ping loss. My local cable operator then has changed my connection to ftth but the high ping loss still remains.

I have complained to wishnet many times but of no avail. The ping loss remains high with major timeouts and the connection quality is worst now.
