Worst Customer care executives as they are so much casual on everything. I am facing ping loss issue hence my whole day work are getting hampered as I am working from home. But your team not taking it seriously as well your customer care executive. Imfact the executive's senior also so busy that he cannot pick up the call. I tweeted about the dis satisfaction service from your company.. Really hopeless team.. No escalation team also present in your company. Hopeless.

    My name is Adhiraj Ganguly, i am a user of wishnet. I want to complain against wishnet regarding their services they provide. Most of the time they have issue with their servers. We pay them for getting a smooth and stable Internet connection but they always have issues.. Infact their customer service agents don't pick up any calls.

      From last night my internet service has totally stopped. So I am suffering from a lot of problems as in present lockdown situation, I and my family have to access internet in all kinds of official works. And this is not the problem of a particular day. Poor internet service and as well as disconnection of it used to happen here frequently.
      Please take necessary actions as soon as possible.

        Very bad service. Never get true speed as per pack plan. High ping drop issue.in every 30 min there are "30 sec no internet loop" where i completely disconnected from internet for 30-40 sec. After that connection re-established. Every night after 11 pm internet become 2g. Worst broadband service ever. I'll never suggest wishnet if mine problem not be solved quickly.

          I am wishnet since 1 year but never got the real speed as per pack plan i used to recharge. Recently i have Freedom plan that have 100 mbps speed. But never got that speed anytime. But also this connection sucks. Highly unstable. My number [protected]

            My internet connection is lost from previous at 8 pm i cannot get my connection i have some urgent work but i can't.in a day many times connection is lost and i have consulted with wishnet toll-free number and tell them my problem. I have docket against my problem but i can't receive any message from there're i think docket is not done from their end. Very bad services. All-time they told us to check out is going on from wishnet end. But can't solve any problem. I have wasted my money on this bad connection. And this problem face also my local friend

                I have bought the broadband service for my office work, as i am working from home in current situation. I have not bought it for entertainment purposes. So the internet connection is very very important for my work. But in a month (If i calculate properly) only 18 days i get internet connectivity and the remaining 12 days there is no connection. Now going to the 18 days - i have a ftth connection of 100 mbps but i only get 30-40 mbps and even sometimes i get 3-4 mbps speed in my 100 mpbs plan. Whenever i call to the customer care they have only one robotic answer that - "we will look into it".
                I have paid my money for 30 days, not for 18 days.
                So, either refund my money, i will look for another internet provider or give us a permanent solution.
                All the wishnet users in my locality is frustrated with the poor service.

                  I am using wishnet broadband service and though they are taking regular payments but they are not providing me any kind of support and service. Their internet is down from 8am to 6pm regularly and has been informed to local cable body also. They took money and changed to optical fiber and even then the purposes didnot solve. I called everyday to the customer care and they are not listening to me stating that it would be resolved soon but not giving any date. But they are taking their payments regularly. Please let me know who can help me

                          On june 12th 2020 i have sent you a mail asking to provide the details of your company so that i can launch a complaint against wishnet from march 2020 till date i am facing internet problems. I am paying rs 550 for 70 mbps whereas i am getting 0.59 mbps downloading speed and 1.57 mbps uploading speed. Moreover the operator is neither providing the customer id with the help of which i can launch a complaint

                            I am facing packet/ping loss from 1% to 40% always. Most of the time it stays around 15-20% and in peak time it rises upto 40%. Whenever the number o[censored]sers increases loss increases. They are probably using cheap hardware for connection though we are paying money. Live video meetings and online gaming is impossible. I have attached video proof. I have raised complained regularly, customer service just says we dont know when it will be fixed. There is no action taken at all. They don't even try to fix it. There are no other broadband providers available here hence they do not care about the customer. Please tell me the time it will take to fix it or whether your company can even fix it or not. The internet is completely unusable with even 1% loss. Please fix the loss and make it stable 0%.

                            Hello Sir, I am not facing any speed related issue. Internet speed is good. I am facing packet loss / ping loss problem. During peak time, like 12 pm to 4 pm or 7 pm to 10 pm, I get upto 40% loss. Please check the connection wire and your switches or routers and fix it.

                              I am the customer of Wishnet for last more than 15 years through their local service provider M/s. Worldview Telecom, Recently their service were interrupted since 20th May 2020 due to Amfun and though from 23rd May on wards CESC, KMC confirmed that 99% of the service is normal and your local support Worldview Telecom also confirmed that they had restored 100% of affected lines and only awaiting connectivity from wishnet, we continued suffer "no connectivity " from them.

                              This not only resulted a great loss due to lack of communication, I was not able to take part in any of the on-line meeting and operations which were very important and crucial especially during this lock down period.

                              When we pay in advance for the availing their service of providing connectivity and bandwidth and I recall even for a delay in recharge by an hour my service was withdrawn in the month of April 2020 during this lock down, especially when the local service provider collect payment only after submitting invoice mostly after renewal .

                              Now there were no indication either from Wishnet or the worldview telecom about when the connectivity will be restored. During my regular check up it is only on 5th June 2020, I find the connectivity was restored. Then on 9th June 2020 I had requested M/s. Wishnet, without prejudice my rights to proceed accordingly, to kindly compensate this period of inactivity by extending the validity by the number of days of inactivity as to make up their deficiency in service .

                              In this regard, I also tried to contact Wishnet through their Toll free customer care number many a times in vain. They also had not provided any email id at their website hence this complaint was uploaded through their facebook port with a request to kindly communicate per return as the the payment period of service is valid till next day.

                              I regret to inform that till date there were no reply neither from M/s. Wishnet Pvt. Ltd nor from M/s Worldview Telecom in this regard. Meantime on 11th June, we credited the a/c of M/s. Worldview Telecom as advised by them to avoid disconnection of connectivity/ service from them.

                              I would be grateful of your kind intervention for the end of justice to my appeal.

                                I don't understand why they have given such a number as their helpline number which they don't even recieve. Moreover the connection reliability is degrading too much. Almost after one day the connection is lost - 'the host destination is unreachable' or 'request timed out'. The local operator explains me they cannot sort out the issue since i have shiftted to online payment.
                                The reason i have shifted to online payments; the local operator charged around rs. 100 extra each month. I used bronze 30. After adding 18% gst the amount reaches to around 690 but they charged my 790. So i had to shift to the online payment.
                                I have been facing the problem since 2 weeks. My user id is: 145799.

                                  Dear sir
                                  This is to inform you that i have taken the fiber broadband connection. For that our local operator is telling me that the connection will reach you within one day (Monday) then 10 min, 30 min,... Then 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 6 days and going on.
                                  I am not getting the connection for a second and red light is blinking in device always.
                                  Also the customer care is not helping to resolve this issue.
                                  This is not expected from such a renowned service provider.

                                  Please help to resolve or refund my money.

                                      I would like to inform that my ftth line is not restored yet since 21/05/2020. But suddenly on friday (05/06/2020) i got a message from wishnet that the problem is resolved against my earlier docket: 632856 dated 25/05/2020.

                                      But this is totally false. The ftth line is still off.

                                      My address is 30e selimpur road, dhakuria, kolkata -700031.
                                      Lco: unique cables

                                      My lco (Local cable operator), gave me a temporary cat 5 connection last friday, which is very much interruptive with very inconsistent speed (On the lower side). Every day he comes up with the answer that wishnet fibre team will come and fix my ftth. But that day hasn't arrived yet after 3 weeks of severe problem.

                                      I cannot do my work from home. Moreover my child cannot attend her online classes of school properly due to connection problem.

                                      This is getting too much.

                                      I have also raised another docket : 634605 dated 06/06/2020.
                                      I have also emailed them. But of no use. No one picks up as i call their customer care number.

                                      My LCO ( Local Cable Operator ), gave me a temporary CAT 5 connection last Friday, which is very much interruptive with very inconsistent speed ( on the Lower side). Every day he comes up with the answer that Wishnet Fibre team will come and fix my FTTH. But that day hasn't arrived yet after 3 weeks of severe problem.

                                      I cannot do my WORK FROM HOME. Moreover my child cannot attend her online classes of school properly due to connection problem.

                                      This is getting too much.
