WNS Global Services — complain about bias management, stress and payroll policy

I got lot of stress from the management of wns vikhroli mumbai. The managers it seems like they are bias and this is the reason i chose to leave this organisation. Its not that all managers are bad, but, there are some few which are toxic and due to them shrinkage is happening. I asked for my leaves and they were declined, however, the one who is near to manager gets all types of holidays. I worked for 15 days in notice period and asked for the leaves as i had lots of leaves available in my kitty. It was rejected by my manager. I wasn't paid for that 15 days, however, i was demanded to pay it seems as i received salary as -19400.
