I have a PF amount on the account related to WNS (Acc. No. - THTHA[protected]. The amount is of Rs. 23, 000 approx. However, this amount was transferred to the account and it is actually from my previous organization.
I have placed a request to get that money transferred to my current employer PF account and it is still pending at WNS side. It says - "Transfer pending by previous employer". I have attached a screenshot of the same. All my other previous employers accepted such requests within the set timeline. I am not sure why a reputable company like WNS is taking so long time to just transfer my PF to my current employer.
Usually the transfer process takes 15 - 20 business days. But, in this case it has been over 45 days now and the amount is still stuck.
Please look into this matter and transfer the amount immediately since I am suffering through financial issues due to covid-19 and I have lost my current job as well.
I hope you all can the condition of people around this country. I request you to please show some mercy to people like us who are struggling everyday to make a living and not play with our money. I request you to transfer that amount to my current employee asap.
