How this makes sense, I don't know, it's crazy.
Headset and access card was detected from my final salary totaling a r1400, that was given in and it was confirm it was handed in, only to be told that it will be paid with August cycle..come August salary in r80.00, is this a joke?.

I need my money.

WNS boasts about being a leading business process management company. But if the employees are not happy can it claim to be one? Transportation of WNS in Gurgaon is abysmal. I have worked with a couple of MNC’s in Gurgaon and some even smaller in size than WNS but have never faced this transport issue with any of them. WNS is a billion dollar company. A company which is also listed on New York stock exchange and boasts of its presence in multiple countries but cannot provide AC transport to them. If an employee reach office already drained because of heat and drenched in sweat how will they focus on work? The management sits in Mumbai and the weather maybe good there but in Delhi NCR it’s scorching heat and they have turned off the AC in their shuttle’s as well as night cabs in the month of “August”. Management should seriously consider living in Delhi NCR and than make choices based on the weather. If the management is reading my message I would request you to please turn on the AC’s and please keep them working in the shuttle at least until the end of September. This is a kind request. If you want you can deduct ₹50 from everyone’s salary who’s availing transport to keep the AC running and everyone will agree happily. Please don’t act like a 3rd tier company while boasting about being listed on NYSE.

I have sent several emails to Wns pf help desk as well as WNS UAN help desk and also sent mail to HR, my last working date in wns 10th Jan 2022 and my new joining date in my current company is 17th Jan 2022.

I submitted transfer claim with my current employer for attestation, and current employer approved it but EPFO rejected the claim by stating service overlapping issue and father name differ .

I checked with my current employer and they told me that it is from WNS.

I even marked my exit date on epfo portal as 10 Jan 2022.

Nobody is reply my emails and i am consistently trying to get in touch with wns as they are my previous employer. Please help.

There was a manipulation flying around me as was not associated legally with a server who manipulated by hitting my father and sending me to rehabilitation center here and now on 8th march 2021 on that day i marked attendance also, Request for results from those servers who spoilt my life in that time frame also as none of my accounts were in care of wisely and was aware of the facts from me, Despite of here and now still sustaining a relation and request for job back so i can turnaround my transformation in regards from associated servers also who are truthful label to me!

WNS has reached another level of being unfair and unethical to their employees.
They charge their employees a fee of INR 150 per day for the parking in office building. They want their employees to come to office(they don't care how) pay them for parking and then work hard to earn all the money they can for WNS. And not a surprise, this fee is not applicable to higher management employees(who are already earning in lakhs).
Another level of biasing happening here is gender biasing. They offer 1800 as an allowance to Male employees and 900 to female employees and the reason they provide is if girls they don't want to spend money on parking, they can take company cab services that are only available for 1pm-10pm shift. So WNS as a company is OK, pushing their female staff to work at such odd shifts at the cost of their safety and forget about the work life balance to save some more money. Bravo!!!

It is very sad to share that WNS Gurugram office doesn't provide AC cab facilities to their employees. Recently heard that WNS becomes the Billion dollar Company. And see how they treats their employees like labours. @wnsholdings @keshav_murugesh @wnscareers @LifeatWNS...

i have never seen the worst Hr in my life, this was my first interview and i was and fresher, she was insulting me and was very rude in interview, i given al the question which she has asked, but she was asking about the the process, which we are not aware of that, and continuously insulting (saying y r u wasting time and yours too ) is this the way to take the interview in a big company like WNS, she dont deserver to stay ther, she was speaking like sh e is from slum area but educated, and not on me all the girsl and boys came for the interview went crying from ther,

I attended interview with UAE based bank arranged by WNS global services . I connected interview through laptop only where person named Harpreet Cheema keep on messaging n whatsapp and sending answers i put my phone in charger client and was attending interview on laptop the messages were continuously beeping and client asked to switch off phone as the message notificatons of Harpreet Cheema who is trying to help but it turned out to be disturbance i was attending to interview carefully listening but Harpreet Cheema was blaming its my fault to switch off my mobile insted I dont know what kind of attitude of this ? I never asked for answers i worked in bank 3 years i know what to answer i never believe such attitude .
When called and spoke regarding shes is talking rude and blaming im supposed to switch off mobile or put in silent i never expected she will send answers in whatsapp she tried spoiling the interview, Worst interview attitude of Harpreet Cheema is not acceptable ? I wonder how she lost her common sense why did she send answers keep on texting in whatsapp these sounds is disturbing the client as well as me and shes talking rude on phone blaming me only ? I dont understand will never work under WNS which lacks common sense?

I have called a hr in WNS by seeing a post on naukri.com, and shared my resume with her, later I called her but she is not answering my call, plz bring this to the notice of Management as this is the right of the candidate to know whether the candidate is suitable for the desired position. I even messaged her plz tell if my profile is not suitable so that I could find any other opportunities, but no response from the hr. So please give a solution for this.

I have a PF amount on the account related to WNS (Acc. No. - THTHA[protected]. The amount is of Rs. 23, 000 approx. However, this amount was transferred to the account and it is actually from my previous organization.

Sir or Madam, I have worked for 15 long years in Wns at Pune, Magarpatta city Tower 1, for Aviva insurance purpose. In Jan 2020 I had fallen severely ill due to kidney problem. I could not come to office for a month or two.In the message Mr Chandani had told me I was not in office for 3 months which is incorrect.The data he has is incorrect, I can prove rhis. I had informed my group manager Raj Chandani about it. There was also covid pandamic there then in March. I was called to office during covid 19 on the 23 of March 2020
When I didn't go to office they had declared me abscounding. When I called Raj Chandani I asked him that I had informed him about my inability to come to office and that now I was ok to do Work from home. He told me that he didn't have systems.He assured me to re take me to the job in a month and half . But when I called he refused and even the HR later denied giving me my receiving letter. Just imagine when a employee who worked for 15 long years fell ill and could not attend office, the manager directly declares him abscounding. Similar incident happened to a co employee, here she was not ill, her mother in law was having a hand surgery.For this incident she was given a 3 months leave.She had hardly completed 4 years in the company. In my case I myself was ill. Can you guys please look into the matter and arrange for my re-instatement, my domestic condition isn't good.You can ateast arrange for my Experience certificate.
