WNS Global Services — pf transfer getting rejected by wns

Dear Team.

As per my understanding, any company has no right to keep PF of their employee after resignation or abscond or in any case with them, If employees demand it, the company has to offer him as per his contribution.
I have requested to Transfer my PF which is lying with WNS however they are rejecting, however, I am unable to understand the reasons.
