Hello team, I am Yash Jogg from WNS weikfield pune (tui CSC), i was working with this wonderful organization since January 2019, it was great opportunity to work with such organization, as per company's policy and need many employees were in redeployment procedure in which I was one of them, as I was sick for many days I provided documents to my supervisor shridevi kulkarni and I mentioned it As shridevi kulkarni mentioned today that she called me yesterday and I disconnected her call, so let me make it clear that I use postpaid my calls are recorded and I have each and every incoming and outgoing call data and she hasen't called me as well, and as per i mentioned my doctor will give me fit to work certificate which he has provided me today so I came today as per mentioned in my previous messages yet I was marked ncns, i have already had a word with my lawyer so I believe everything will be sorted legally . I'm just requesting my experience letter with all documents yet considering above things with all the proofs i have to send a legal notice to HR because things are not seems to be professional here .
