I am an ex-employee of wns v tech it location nashik in shipping logistics vertical. The lot of issue and problem i was see and face in wns
1. The lot of work pressure with manager harreasment.
2. Ot is compulsory 12-13 hrs.
3. As they want hired and terminate without any notice. Means daily more peoples are terminate than hiring to show the big employment.
4. Group manager pradip gaikwad has a good knowledge but it's behavior is very disappointing with male staff and erotic and abusive with female staff...
