I ordered cake mould on 16th feb 2017 against #WDC[protected]. one product was ok, but another is wrong. I have not requested for it. Then I send back mail to care id with picture. They said that they are arranging for reverse pickup. It happened on 6th of March by Bluedart. I have given them docket number. Now product already reach to them in 2 days but I am calling at customercare daily and getting same reply that you will get shippment number by EOD. Worst service ever. They dont have escalation matrix, nothing... I dont know if they will act on it, only way customer can think to go for consumer court. Why Sanjeev Kapoor startup such a bad company where they provide 3rd level of service for all hell lovers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
