I ordered for wonderchef royal velvet 5 piece set containing a wok with glass lid, fry pan, dosa tawa and mini tawa from amazon.in.. The order no. Is[protected] order date[protected] Invoice no. Sida-67752 Invoice details :mp-sida[protected] invoice date[protected] But to my utter dismay the wok u have shipped me is faulty and distorted. Worst after sale service ever seen recently had a problem of leakage in jar and called the customer care number 3 times they always says technicians will arrive tomorrow its been more than 30 days these idiots have not arrived.. So please do the needful or strict action can be taken from our side also.
