I had ordered for a wall rack, and paid the site in advance after that there was no communication from thier end, also no delivery date was given.
I have been going to thier site every second day and placing a inquiry for my order but they have not replied back with any details, and when I tried tracking my order on thier site it showed that it was not even in the "In Process" stage.
It is now over 9 days and they did not respond it was only after I informed them that I would be placing a complaint against them through this platform did they respond back today stating logistic issues, this could not have been the case because after waiting for 9 days for them to respond
I placed an order for the same piece, thru a different furniture site and they immediately processed the same, also the vendor for both the sites is the same so logistics could not have been a issue.
I request to please take some strict action against this company - mine may have been a small amount but there are others also whom they have harrassed and whose orders they have delayed for months and then have sent either damaged or undervalued products.
Sites like this who have no consumer responsibiltiy shoudl be taken to task since we as consumers have no way to get through to them as they operate through BOTs and even the phone numbers showcased on the site is always answered by a machine. The consumer after paying is left at a dead end in such cases and has no other option but to take what they receive. Was this information helpful? |
