Wooden Street — it is more than 10 weeks I have not received my product | |||
I placed a study table online from www.woodenstreet.com on 16 Aug 2020 and as per their delivery policy it take 5-7 weeks but, it is more than 10 weeks I have not received my product. Delivery continuously delayed and even after so many follow up, there is no response from wooden street. On 19th Oct 2020 they came with product but, that too was defective and immediately informed to wooden street customer care team. And asked them to resolve all issues before delivering. Now to my utter surprise there is no revert and call from wooden street. I requested them for my refund but, they refuse to refund and I have to take product whenever they feel like to deliver the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
