Wooden Street — one month delayed delivery, faulty defective product delivery,

I had ordered the following items online on wooden street (www.woodenstreet.com).
1. Neeson bedside table (Honey finish) worth inr 9249
2. Swirl bed (Queen size, honey finish) worth inr 49624
3. Gayle bedside table (Honey finish) worth 9624
4. Javert tv unit (Walnut finish) worth inr 30, 499
5. Neeson hydraulic bed (King size, honey finish) worth inr 71374
6. Orson compact 6 seater dining chair and table (Mahogany finish) worth inr 53374
The reason for buying all these products at one go was that i had visited their experience store in bangalore and found the quality to be good. The website said they will be delivering everything within 5-7 weeks. Their website even states that if they do not deliver within that time, they will refund all the money (https://www.woodenstreet.com/return-and-refunds). since i had many guests coming for my house warming party in late september, i placed all the orders on the same day. However since early september everytime i tried to get updates on my products, the customer care operatives of wooden street – ms. Tanvi and mr ravindra started saying everything will be delivered within next week.in fact they lied blatantly by mailing to me that everything will be delivered on 26th september and even when this happened thrice, i mailed them to cancel the whole order as i had to make different arrangements for the guests. I wrote to their owners ([protected]@woodenstreet.com) to cancel the same. However no one responded to the cancellation.
Instead one mr. Ashish from escalation team started calling me in october to say they want to deliver the product. When i rejected that, he started threatening me that if i do not take it they will not send any refunds and i will lose the products anyway. He also assured that all the products are of perfect quality and i will not be disappointed with them. Since i had paid almost 2 lacs at one go, i went ahead to receive the products.
On receiving their first product itself i saw that there were scratches, smudges, badly finished product. I called them to say i will not receive their product. Mr ashish assured that there will be a carpented the next day to fix everything. This was on 14th october a full 11 weeks after i had placed my order (Remember their web site says full refund if nothing is delivered within 5-7 weeks). The products were shoddily packed in wet cardboards and some of them were packed one against the other without any padding in between making the surfaces abrasive. None of the chairs of the dining set or the tv unit would stand flat as the surfaces were not at same level. Someone had scratched their name on the underside of the dinner table. One of the beds had multiple holes scratched on the inside. The wooden board piece which would be the base of the bed was of very poor quality. The tv unit was not even built in rectangular fashion with the two units almost trapezoid shaped in that it was not straight going up. The chairs were not even of same color finish. Some of it was mahogany finish while others were of walnut finish. The bottom of most of the chairs were unpolished. At most places the finishing of the dining chairs and tables were incomplete showing missing polish areas.
Since 14th october and those promises, till today we have not seen any carpenter come to our place. One mr. Shyam meghwal ([protected]@woodenstreet.com) recently mailed me on to say carpenter will come to repair/remake these products.
They have sent mails on thursday 26/10 to state a carpenter will come on 28/10 and then again on 28/10 to say carpenter will come on 29/10. However till today there has not been any show of any carpenter.
I now want full compensation for the products with return initiated by woodenstreet. Pictures of their product is attached.
