Dear sir,
i had placed an order for a wooden chest online on[protected] and paid over rupees 15989/= for it by amex card. Till september 10th i have not received the product. Their chat line gives false assurances. Their customer care phone also is using delaying tactic. Customer id is 35132. I want to lodge a strong complaint as i feel they are probably defrauding a lot of people. Also please guide me as to how i can lodge a legal complaint against this company.
