[Resolved]  Woodland — Change of color after polishing

I purchased woodland khaki boots on Dec 19 2016 through snapdeal and woodland khaki polish from a woodland outlet(Bangalore).

After applying the Polish the shoe color turned into light green from light brown.

I raised my concern to woodland care and got a response stating to submit the shoe to the nearest woodland outlet and decision of repair/re-finishing will be taken by experts after looking at the condition of the product.

Advised me to contact snapdeal for exchange/replacement queries.

I made a contact to snapdeal for the concern, they rejected stating the exchange/replacement policy is for 14days from the date of purchase.

Kindly advise, why this can't be exchanged in the outlet itself(if the repair not successful), since it falls under warranty period from the date of purchase Dec 19, 2016.
