Hi Team,

I ordered the following shoes online from the official website:

On Mar 01, 2023 :

ORDER NO: OR[protected] Olive green casual shoes for men (FGC0H9034921A004), Size :42, Quantity : 1, Amount : INR 2577.00

ORDER NO: OR[protected] OLIVE GREEN casual shoe for men (FGC0900R8081Z011), Size :42, Quantity :1, Amount : INR 2397.00

I have sent several emails since March 6th requesting the return of ORDER NO: OR-2707919 due to sizing issues. However, I have not received a response. Additionally, the customer care number is unresponsive, and I am unable to reach the return team. The website is outdated and not helpful.

I canceled ORDER NO: OR-2707917 right after placing it, but the amount is still charged to my credit card.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues and acknowledging my request.
