Woodland — Customer service not picking phone

I had ordered woodland shoes and initially my upi trasaction got deducted but no order was placed against that payment. Attaching the screenshot for your reference.
I have issues regarding 2 orders:
1. Order no. 2528961
Firstly, I want to return this order because of sixe issues. Please if you could refund me both the payments to the original payment method. It will be really helpful.
2. Order no. 2532369- Please cancel this order and refund my money as soon as possible to the original payment method. As, I bought the required item from a store.
