[Resolved] Woodland — Defective woodland shoes

I have purchased woodland shoes worth rs-3395, only after 5-10 days i found it was defective from front side...then i take the shoes to the woodland store shipra mall, indrapuram, ghaziabad...from here only i have purchased the shoes...they taken the shoes as the part of warrenty nd given me back after one month...nd i found that the have just stick the shoes with adhesive nd given back...i gave them back to repair it...nd now they r saying they cannot repair it take it back...how can i take it back, how can i wear those defective after paying this much...i just want new pair of shoes...

exchange my shoes with others

I have give my shoes for repair at woodland store n south ex.market part- 2 for repair but they exchange my new shoes with anybody's old shoes. now what can i do

Horribble... bought shoes from Woodland authorised retail located in Shaheen Bagh Jasola on 14.11.18, hardly wear for 8-10 days now very shocking to see the poor workmanship along with worst quality, first experience with such a reputed brand Woods, even local shoes manufacturer is not in such bad practice and their shoes still durable for 12-15 months without any defect, now this is the start up of harassment journey as company will ask me to visit at store then store people will send it for repair, time is indefinite for repair varies from 20-30 days.. then the process will repeat after every two three months as stitching unfold from top upper portion of shoes which is not repairable..
@Woodland Team, i am in the sales and marketing job and travel frequently, i dispose my previous old shoes and right now it is not possible for me to buy another shoes due to your fault.. why i bear..

you are humbly requested to kindly return my shoes with immidiate effect.. i will be grateful.. i bought the shoes for minimum 12-15 months durability...
