Woodland — Fraud my parcel order number is OR-2620237,

Sir/Madam,
I bought the shoes from your official website on 20.12.2022. Whose order number is OR-2620237. I received a pair of shoes on 22/12/2022. Due to the shoes not being comfortable, I made a request on 23.12.2022 to return them/refund the money.
To take back the pick-up boy sent by you came to me on 23/12/2022 and he was completely satisfied and took the parcel (shoes) from me whose AWB [protected] (Your WOODLAND ECOM package with AWB [protected] will be picked up today by agent [protected] - Delhivery)!
“This information was given to me on 10.01.2023 by Ms. Neha madam had given through telephone ([protected]) that the Parcel we received from you has changed shoes and we cannot refund your money for this”. So now you cannot say that I have changed the parcel (shoes) given by me (photo hanging). parcel (shoes) has been replaced by pick-up boy/company. There is no fault of mine in this. I had returned the shoes which you had sent to me along with the same box and bill to the pick-up boy (pick-up boy's mobile no. [protected] Sumit Dhamiwal and senior officer No. [protected]). I am sending all the documents in this context, please see them carefully and take appropriate action.
I request you that this matter should be thoroughly investigated and the Delivery company / Pick-up boy who had picked up the parcel should be questioned and my money (Rs. 2397) should be returned to me. Or send me the right pair of shoes.
If you do not find a high solution for this, then you will have to go to the consumer court.
