I ordered shoes from woodland online, i used upi to pay the bill money was deducted but did not got any response or confirmation about order . I called there customer care but they never picked up it runs a tape in loop. Emailed them as well but didnot got any response from them.please help me i have order confirmation attached.

    Return and Refund immediately

    I have purchased a shoes from woodland online store but unfortunately the size is big for my husband and also there is a spot on the shoes.
    So I wrote a return request on their given email address which is [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com for 2 times within 48 hrs of order delivery as per their rules but there is no revert from them. I also tried to call on their customer care number multiple times but not connected once even.br...

    FWR LDS Shoe W852213,TAN,41 supplied online

    The above mentioned product was purchased online, copy of the invoice attached. After receiving the product there was issue with the size and fitting, which was informed to the customer care e mail id. It was informed that we should visit the local Woodland for exchanging the product otherwise may register for back delivery.
    We visited the Woodland store at VVR (Trillium) Mall however the requisite size was not available, hence a request...

    I have purchased a shoes from woodland online store but unfortunately the size is big for my husband and also there is a spot on the shoes.

      Hi Team,

      I bought a pair of boots last year during winter. somehow lying on the rack they got faded and have a wet kind of stain. i went to Woods Showroom in elante mall Chandigarh. I asked them to see and advise how these can be corrected. the guy on the counter asked to me go to the showroom of Showtree next to Woods.

      is this the service we expect from woodland?please if they are not serious abou their customers or their job, give this job who actually needs and care about the people who invest in this brand.

        They have very pathetic service. I have ordered woods jacket with order no. OR- 2628710 delivered on 01.01.2023. I want to exchange it with medium size. I have mailed and also called them but there is no response. I am feeling cheated by them. The large size jacket is useless to me, how can I
        wear it. Kindly help me exchanging my jacket.

              Order product issue and no response for refund

              I have purchased woodland sandal through official site, post of delivery product is completely not fit, so I have escalated the concern through customer care, in this regards they arranged the return request, same that I return the product, still no further any communication received

              Besides, the owner of the sales outlet misbehaved to such an extent that is very shameful to share here... Kindly act...

                Never ever buying From Woodland worldwide online store they sent me a faulty product and compared to the full amount i paid this is unacceptable, woodland a renowned brand is treating their own customers like idiots it won't be long when your own people will start spitting on your company hope your company fail and go bankurpt.

                    Hi,

                    This is the 2nd complaint raised by me..no action has been taken by Woodland.Please do have some courtesy to respond to customer. We have spent so much on your product and which came out to be a defective product.
                    I purchased shoe on Oct and after wearing for 2 months i can see that the shoe getting faded gradually.i have not even washed the shoe till now.
                    I need a resolution for this .How cah a branded shoe will have such an issue.

                      Recently i have purchased a shoes from woodland worldewide site iate came to know that it was my biggest mistake there was no update from the brand after 1 week also i constantly mailed them for any update and after many struggy received the product but it was not proper size and colour so i want to return them but when i mailed or tried to contact them via phone no proper response is provided please take back the shoes and return money OR-2611365

                          I bought a Woodland shoes and returned but refund not credited. It's since 3 weeks the return is given and no one turn up neither give a proper response via mail. Also while calling no one picks up. Pathetic customer service . Facing such an issue for first time. Rating - 0

                              I have purchased shoes from Amazon on 28th Sep and now after a month it started getting faded.i have not even washed the shoes but faded.                                   I order the woodland shoes from Flipkart.
                                  i am using the shoes but one side of shoes is having manufacturing defect.
                                  when I tie the less it's gets too tight and less is too much shorter. because of that my left legs having killing pain.
                                  I'm going to hospital tomorrow and I will explain.
                                  please help me if you have any way.
                                  or please provide me perfect pair of shoes and take return the product which having manufacturing defect.
