    my order OR 2648604.I have sent all the required photos and documents.I hope you will arrange reverse pick up tomorrow.I future I never purchase any things from woodland on line website.I generally used puma, amazon and adidas.This is first time when I did order from woodland. Above mentioned company arrange reverse pick same and never asked for so many mail as they believe in their customer.

        Thru OR-2612621 ordered a pair of shoes on 14 th dec; due to not fitting, returned the product on 20 th dec thru the company's collecting agent. Slip attached of agents mb number.
        Haven't rec'd refund inspite of multiple reminders thru mail. The customer care number provided by them is unresponsive always.
        Do not know how to get my money back.

          Trying to connect with customer care no but unable to do so, have received the pair of Woodland shoes but the same is having size issue hence visited few woodland store near by my place and couldn’t find the required type of pattern. So had requested to refund the same but there is no one even to acknowledge my multiple mails sent.

                I am unable to get any status on my order. It has been two weeks now. There is response from the customer henpdesk. I wrote three emails and have been listening to their IVR from last 10 minutes with no one picking up the call. Please help with this situation. Or tell me how can I legally file a complaint?

                    I have placed an order OR-2643768 on woodlandworldwide.com on Jan 5th and they delivered the product on Jan 7th but the product is loose to me. So, I want to book a return but order status on the woodland website is 'Ready to Ship' due to which I am unable to return. I am continuously following up on their support no.[protected] which nobody picking up from last 4 days.                                 Hi Team,

                                I bought a pair of boots last year during winter. somehow lying on the rack they got faded and have a wet kind of stain. i went to Woods Showroom in elante mall Chandigarh. I asked them to see and advise how these can be corrected. the guy on the counter asked to me go to the showroom of Showtree next to Woods.

                                is this the service we expect from woodland?please if they are not serious abou their customers or their job, give this job who actually needs and care about the people who invest in this brand.
