I bought this item (Footwear men sndal gd 1153112y15 black 40) on
11/06/2017 from wood land shop lulu mall kochi for rs. 3295/-. Started using it on 03/07/2017 and found the velcro strip damaged and returned the item to the shop on 12/07/2017, but they were not ready for replacing this damaged piece. Shop keeper told me to give a service to repair the velcro strip after submitting to the company and it took almost 13 days to get it back (Got it today, 25/07/2017). But the work is not satisfactory (Local patch work) it seems to get damage very soon. I don't know why they behave like, with arrogant face, it's the new one then why should i didn't get a replacement for the item? I have to use the repaired item for the rest of the time even though i spent this much amount. I request you to get a replacement for the item.
