    Hi,

    I bought a woodland footwear from an authorized dealer from Calicut, Aero club, woodland stores(s040). I used the same for 2 months and footwear had pasting complint for both pairs same. I given for repair for (17/07/2017 )and the shop manager told that product has to send to and need to wait for 20 days. I wait for more than 1months.last week i recieved the repaired meterial, after then today this footwear for same issue...

    Purched vide bill no. 0232t06 at mandi himachal for r's 3895/- though rate on woodland site appears rs.3506/- 10percent discount but question is within two days on got deep cut on back side of foot, toe & finger. Got swelling in leg seems blood circulation blocked. Handed over shoes to store head in mandi himachal to replace the defective pair asap if can't refund my money asap.

      Dear sir / madam, my shoes started peeling off from inside leather within 4 months from buying it. When i approached the retailer at aero club delhi ghitorni
      Mg road shop at khasra no 400-401, he has cleverly told me that the warranty is for 5 months only. However, on persuasion, the shoes were taken for repairs. But after one month, they have indicated that damage is irrepairable and have offered me a compensation eqvt to 70% of the original value. But the catch is that i have get a replacement shoe. I am demanding a replacement shoe and not in compensation form. Need your asistance on the matter.

        I purchased a pair of woodland shoes that have metal holes for the shoelace. Due to the shoelaces being thin and the holes having sharp edges, the lace keep snapping.

        The outlet at kammanahalli dealt with this problem very poorly initially saying "we can't do anything. What should we do?" eventually they took the shoes and sanded the edges of the holes. But had no stock for shoelaces which took a month for them to procure.

        Yet, the lace snapped in no time again. And they have no stock of shoelaces again. I can't even buy replacemeny laces from a third party because they are too thin. Pathetic service for a pathetic product.

          I have perches a woodland men khaki sports sandals from flipkart so i am eligible for sandal damaged repair service.
          If i am eligible where i get service please help me.

          Sandals back clips are broken so i am not able wear the sandals. I need repair the sandals.
          One time i asked in woodland show room they said we are not give any service to online perches products so i am ready to pay for repair service.

            Hi,

            I bought a woodland footwear from an authorized dealer from mysore. I used the same for 1 day and i found some issues with the same. I given for repair and the shop manager told that product has to send to delhi and need to wait for 10 days. I was ready to wait for 10 days but now i was waiting for 1 month and a week. No yet received the footwear. I tried calling them but not getting a clarity.

            Hope this complaint will resolve my problem

              Hi sir/mam,
              Its been 3 weeks i gave my shoe for servicing, i took the shoe a week before giving for servicing and the management said they would deliver the product. Till now i couldn't receive my product.
              Is it that this kind of service you provide to the customer.
              Please return my product today or else i want my cashback. Its 2000 rs what i spend over it not a pie.

              Bought pair of ankle shoes from woodland store but within 6-8 months time the leather has cut on right toe front area, on the outer side where it joins the sole. Asked the store people but they are saying its not repairable. As your advertisement says "Leather that weathers" don't hold true, it should be changed to "Leather that cuts open".

                this is my painful duty to inform you that on 30/06/2017, i purchased a pair of woodland shoes " TEMP2.FWR MEN SHOE GF 11122312, BLACK, 40.
                from AERO Club sonipat, Nathupur. GT KARNAL ROAD, Sonipat haryana. 131029. india. worth rs 1000.
                sir only after one day usage ther were pathes coming out if the skin of the shoes.
                when i reached to the showroom they said that there is no gurantee for the product.
                Sir i want to ask woodland that is this the kind of quality we expect from you.

                  The product was of low quality. I washed it once and it was faded out completely. I register a complaint on their email id after 20 days of purchase date, instead of taking care of their product quality, they are giving me justification that the product is damage and it is more than 15 days and we cannot help you out. I asked them if washing comes under damage and even asked for special procedure for washing woodland shirts but then they denied to give justification on it.

                    Hi,

                    I had purchased shoes on 8th april, 2017. Within 5/10 days o[censored]se the color of the shoes got faded. I gave it at woodland store for repair. They repaired it. I have given it for repair 4 times. And again there was same issue and they sent it for repair again. Every time after repair issue got reproduced in front of store guy itself. It's 3 months since i bought the shoes and the issue is not yet fixed., i don't why they just polish the shoes every time i sent it for repair. They don't even check after the repair.. Even a drop of water can remove the color of shoes. The store manager mr. Chandrashekhar sharma is not ready to agree about shoes issue. Since the problem is recurring from more than 3 months, i request to replace the item. As per your request i am attaching the shoes pics. The original cash memo is with the store.

                    I bought it in april'17 and since then its in store only. I have paid for it but not able to wear it. This is not acceptable.
                    Please replace it.

                      I bought this item (Footwear men sndal gd 1153112y15 black 40) on
                      11/06/2017 from wood land shop lulu mall kochi for rs. 3295/-. Started using it on 03/07/2017 and found the velcro strip damaged and returned the item to the shop on 12/07/2017, but they were not ready for replacing this damaged piece. Shop keeper told me to give a service to repair the velcro strip after submitting to the company and it took almost 13 days to get it...

                      Hi,

                      I have purchased woodland shoe on may 28th 2017 evening at lulu cochin. Mrp : 3700. After 3 weeks later i have noticed right side shoe leather and soul peeled off. Not fully only the front part. Ferl sad and visited the showroom on june 20th. I have informed my concern to the staff's but they simply informed me to summit the shoe 4 days for service. I don't know y they tells like, with not a smile face, it's new one then y i need to give for service, should replace right. Pls help. With in a days appears quality problem. Need to replace the product.

                        I bought bellies for my wife and after wearing it for one day we have seen that belly base sole and bellies itself got abrade. We send it back in woodland and after more then a week they said it is because of wear and tear they will not help it.

                        This is really disgusting that in one day only we have issues and instead of helping they said you are wearing it so having issues.

                          I have purchased this wood land shoe in the month of february paying around 2100/- i have used it only 5 times probably not continuously. I use it only when i have meetings now the sole is cracking & falling into pieces. Do we have a repair center in bangalore or will it be replaced i tried going to the shop where i purchased but the shop is closed your toll free nos are not reachable at all always busy. Wood land is a reputed company i hope some one responds asap thanks

                            I purchased woodland khaki color shoes this year april month, after two month my shoes color drastically change and convert in different shade it looks bed. I attached current shoe color. I purchased that shoe worth rupee 4518 rupee from dlf city center mall woodland outlet, after complained they took my shoe and return it after 1 month and told woodland can polish it only. They return shoe with brown color. With in two day again shoe have different shaded color. I again visit showroom and discuss for replacement they told it's not possible please contact with woodland about it. We are only seller replacement not in our policy even your shoe damage at all. Please give me the one reason why i spent on 4k on that brand who are not ready to listen our customer concern. Please assist

                                I bought a woodland sandal from your woodland showroom situated at muvattupuzha, ernakulam (District) kerala.
                                On the month of february 2017
                                And the sandal is very poor quality and it deteriorated with in one month after that i returned the sandal to your store and they take it and said me that replace it.
                                I think that i returned the sandal on month of april.

                                After two month they call me back and said that they do not able to replace it
                                They give only 70perecentage amount of money.

                                I am a regular user of woodland shoes and sandals from 2011 onwards
                                1st time got a complaint on your product like this.
                                The customer service support is very poor
                                The company does not maintaining quality of products

                                Am planning to give a complaint before consumer court due to poor customer service support and your product has not maintaining a minimum quality
                                Products are very poor quality and the rate of products are very high

                                Before forwarding a complaint am reporting to you because with in 2 days i want a feedback for this mail

                                Kindly give me a new product or refund full amount.

                                  I recently visited to woodland to check out some new fresh arrival so these gyuzz shows me some good shoes even in 70% discounted price.

                                  After 1 month o[censored]sing the shoes it started tearing from bottom and pesting with sole is started removing.

                                  When i visited there store they took my complaint but no revert given that when my shoes will be given when it gets repair nothing.

                                  After calling & reminding them they just giving dates only
                                  Even customer care also did not help

                                  I m trying to following up the store guy since 1 week but no reply at all.

                                    Dear Customer Support,

                                    My woodland sandal insole was damaged into bits and pieces inside the upper sole. I have bought the sandals about 9 months back and within 3-4 months from the buying date, the insole cushion started shrinking inside and slowing broken into pieces.

                                    I bought the sandals in Bangalore and i stay in my home town located in Andhra Pradesh. When i complained the same to the woodland showroom in my near by town, they informed me to take to Bangalore and complaint in the respective showroom.

                                    I have never used the sandals roughly and used for any occasions. I am surprised about the quality of woodland that how within an year the sandal get damaged. I have not kept the bill and off-course there is no need of bill to understand the poor quality of the sandal insole.

                                    Even 500 /- Rs sandals giving more life than a woodland sandal which was bought for 2300 /- Rs 'that made me to loose trust on woodland quality.

                                    Your showroom people and respective service executives gave me reckless answers with out taking it as challenge when some of your customer challenging on woodland quality.

                                    Kindly call me to [protected] for more information as i can not explain more on the damage scenario of the sandals.

                                    I am purchase New boot (fwr men boot gb 1487114 camel 42 ) in Nashik from aero club Nashik 3 city centre mall G F Nashik. On date 26/11/2016.
                                    But this boot quality is very poor/ bad, this piece is damage in four months.
