[Resolved]  Woodland — Payment Deducted but Order not placed

Dear Woodland team,
This is regarding my recent purchase from your online store(13th May 2022). After I proceeded for the payment through UPI mode, The money got deducted from my bank, the payment window just showed processing for more then 20 minutes then automatically exited and no order was placed. I received an email regarding my payment failure.

But today(15th May 2022), I again received an email that the payment I made on 13th and which was failed, was successful. There is still no confirmation about my order in the mail.

Kindly look into this and revert asap.

I received a call on the behalf on Woodland company with a week of putting up my complaint here. They patiently heard me and assured to check and resolve the problem. After a few day I received a mail from Woodland that the issue has been resolved and the payment has been initiated. I received my money on 21/05/22. A big thanks to all involved.
Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have received faulty product from woodland and have dropped an email regarding the same and have been calling for 3 days no response from woodland.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
It has still not been 14 days since the day of purchase

Don’t purchase online from woodland because woodland is world very very very very worst service. I’m order the shoe amount will dedicated. But still order didn’t confirm. I’m waiting for last four days. Between time I’m try to customer care almost 100 times no one didn’t pick up the call. Also so I’m sending 250 emails.
